The only place I'll take my car to be serviced in the Eugene/Springfield area. Darren and team are fantastic. In one simple word - WOW! What amazing service. Shout out to the tech that worked on my son's Tesla P85D. Tesla service center in Bend would have taken days to get us in and it was 2+ hours away. Your service in Eugene was a Godsend since it was local to UofO.
These folks fixed the notorious paddlegear that broke in the handle causing it not to present. They updated the internal 12v battery. And they fixed a light that just happened to go out a couple of days before. They did this all in 1 day. We could not be any happier. Their customer service was warm and friendly and their communication was exceptional. Not enough words to describe how great we were treated. Thank you Joe's Garage!!
