I went in for shocks and struts but that wasn’t the problem at all. They diagnosed the problem as ball joints and steering rack and wanted to know who misinformed me. I went in the very first day after the ice storm had cleared up on Thursday and they had it ready on Friday. They were great!Friendly staff,clean shop,and apparently very honest. They could have just done the work and sent me on my way but they didn’t. Thanks to everyone for the great job!

Joes was a wonderful experience. Ryan was very honest about the work needed to be done on our car and didn’t pressure us to make a decision right away. I’m going to continue going back there for all my car needs.

I like Joe’s Garage for the most part.The owner Darrell is great and he definitely appreciates his customers.All of the courtesy drivers have been wonderful also. Here is where things change and I feel uncomfortable.Not sure how to convey this nicely but no one after that is very nice. It seems like whatever you are asking of them is an inconvenience. Make sure you remember the person you talked to when you called in to make your appointment. I know everyone has a bad day every once in awhile but I feel it is always the same. A smile or a don’t worry we will figure it out, goes a long way.I just don’t know if I am going to go back. There used to be several people from my work that went to Joe’s but it is slowly changing to fewer and fewer.Just being honest on how I feel.I want to feel like I can ask these people anything. So when you feel like, whatever you’re asking is an inconvenience. It’s hard to feel like you trust them and that they are concerned. Not saying, you shouldn’t go to Joe’s but I think you’ll understand what I’m saying when you go.

Went in on a Friday afternoon only to schedule some maintenance work on my truck. Larry was extremely helpful; they were able to get me in immediately and complete everything in short order. I’d asked for brake work too, but they inspected all 4 wheels and showed me it wasn’t needed. Staff was extremely pleasant & knowledgeable. Highly recommended; Joe’s Garage is my one-stop shop now.

We have been taking our vehicles to Joe's Garage for over 15 years. They have always been polite, professional and do quality work. They clearly explain the repair that needs to be done, options we may have, and give a heads up on maintenace work that will need to be done in the future. They also saved us from buying a lemon when we had them inspect a used car we were considering buying. I don't hesitate recommending them.

So great!!They helped me replace the bulbs in my headlights and it made a huge difference!I asked them to do a pre-trip inspection and they also went over some recommendations for my 100k mile service, found a cracking belt, sent me pictures of the issues that needed attention (or didnt!), and I was good to go.They are so fairly priced, thoughtful for sending pics, and completely accessible. So appreciated! Its nice to not get gouged by a dealership, and to have such great service.I'm so happy, I got my husband to schedule our old Subaru for a visit at their shop.

Avoid Joe's garage at all costs! Though upsell you and services you don't need over charge you on services you receive and intentionally sabotage your engine to keep you coming back for more.

These guys are great. Very organized, super quick at getting me taken care of and very responsive. They also made me feel appreciated and valued for my business and did a very long and thorough 200 point check throughout my van and told me exactly what needed fixed. They could have charged me more, but only charged me 85 bucks for a full inspection plus a diagnostics of a previous mechanics not so good work. Easy for me to say they stole my business from my old mechanic with their professionalism and neat and confident attitude. I'd highly recommend them to anyone I know who needs work done on their vehicles. Thanks Joe's Garage!

Been going here for years, and this team is fantastic! So nice to see them growing, too. Just recently had an oil change + inspection, and they always do a thorough job; I feel confident that my car is in good hands. And the text assessments from the inspections are the best, with photos to show exactly how it went. I can see with my own eyes just how badly the air filter needed to be replaced (lol).

Came in for an axle shaft replacement and they did an excellent job on the repair work; my car is running better than ever! Another shop had previously messed up the same job (it was in Idaho, not Eugene) and Joe's Garage was very helpful in coordinating with the warranty company and making sure I could get as much of the repair covered as possible. Would recommend to anyone. Only drawback is they're often really busy and can't get to you for at least a week. Schedule beforehand if possible.

It was my first time going to Joe’s Garage, and I now consider it my go-to auto shop. I spoke with an few employees, but Kathy helped me the most. She was kind and patient in answering all of my silly questions. The price was fair, they were quick, and kind.Services: Battery service

I had an engine re-build done along with a couple of other things.These guys do a great job, with their work and keeping you informed along the way. The reason for 4 stars is they forgot to address an issue when they did the re-build and I had to reschedule to have that taken care of. The work is 5 star work though.

I've had a long time relationship with Darin and the shop. Always first rate experience. They helped work through an intermittent problem with my a/c system. Several steps were required, with the eventual answer of replacing the compressor. They stuck with the issue, tracing it down. Works great now. Thanks.

Use at your own risk. Got an oil change and observed that the service didn't top off fluids or replace housing correctly. Not sure I can trust the feedback from the service. Oh and, they stole the bar of Irish spring, from under the hood; did you know it keeps rodents away from the wires (they like to eat the soy based plastic coating of the wires).Service: Oil change

From the receptionist to the skilled mechanics I have only deep appreciation for the thoughtful and expert care I recieved on my Chrysler 300. I'm a widow so having seen the thoroughness and careful attention given my vehicle on a routine examination provided me with much needed confidence and trust.
