Ordered online for pick up, drove all the way from cottage grove only to be sent an email when i got to the mall that my order was cancelled due to not having them in stock. 4 hours after the original order time. Why can you order shoes that are not physically in store for same day pick up.

Kiana was so helpful and patient!! I bought some shoes as a gift but the recipient didn’t like the make of shoes I picked out. Luckily the return process was quick and easy due to Kiana’s assistance, especially during the busy retail season. Kiana definitely deserved a raise!!!

Went to the mall today with my wife and we went to Champs and Footlocker before we had made our way to Journeys. I’m in retail sales myself so I like to pay attention to sales associates to see how their interactions are. Champs fell short, unfortunately the associate who helped my wife had not been trained well. Footlocker, we were greeted, but it was a quick n and out. We head to Journeys and I sat down as she looked and was helped by a very knowledgeable salesman/associate. He was attentive to all the customers in the store, he knew his inventory and could answer questions very efficiently and suggested additional options to my wife. 10/10 on all aspects! I wish I knew his name, but we were there about 1pm on 11/3. He was a middle aged man. You’re very fortunate to have a great associate like him and I hope he’s a manager. My wife and I were both impressed with him. Thank you for the great service today! Keep up the good work!

Careful making returns here. Made a return at the beginning of December and instead of a refund I was charged again for my item. Now it has been a month and I have yet to receive my $400. Corporate is terrible and keep putting me off for 3-5 days while they look into it.

We wanted to buy shoes and we were the first customers in and we were gonna get 170$ worth of stuff than the guy working there was just telling us to wait and when he had time for us he told us STILL to wait than we left. NEVER come here if your gonna buy shoes go to reck room or champs or even foot locker just DO NOT come here WAYYYY overpriced to

I believe the girls name was hailey, she gave me very nasty looks and was completely unhelpful. I’ve heard her say snarky things about customers two her other employee. Not good service whatsoever and I will not longer be purchasing from this store.
