Not every day do you meet lenders that keeps both the listing agent and buyers agent up to date and informed, but Julie did just that. She kept track of the timeline and let me know when milestones were met for the buyers so I could re-assure my seller during the process. I had previously had a bad experience with loan depot on a prior home purchase and was hesitant to use them again. But, Julie came highly recommended and I must say, I was thrilled with the service Julie provided. She was there every step of the way and kept me updated throughout the whole process. There were some hurdles to jump since I was moving from across the country and starting a new job but she got me over them with ease. She is very knowledgeable and made the mortgage process seem like a breeze. I highly recommend Julie for your home mortgage needs.
