I searched all over Eugene for a place to store my valuables. I found PLENTY of price-friendly places that would have worked. However, It was extremely important to me that they were stored somewhere safe, and clean. I got ahold of Sandra and immediately knew I had reached the right person and place. She was extremely professional, organized, and understood my concerns. I drove right over and met with her to walk around the facilities. I talked to her about my two greatest fears.
1. Dinosaurs
2. Leaving my belongings somewhere that they will not be safe/secure.
It was the cleanest, safest, securest, and most well ran storage facility I have ever seen, (and I have seen A LOT). The Jurassic theme was incredible as well. If you have kids, be prepared for them to want to join in help you unload that U-haul. Because they nailed the dinosaur theme! My second trip to the facility was to store my belongings. I once again met with Sandra, who introduced me to Max. It was obvious that both are passionate about giving a customer experience that leaves you feeling confident that you chose the right storage facility. I feel like I made 2 friends while I was there!
I ended up needing a unit that was bigger than the one I originally thought would work. Sandra got to work finding a bigger unit, and had me set up before I could unload the original unit. This was truly a 5-star experience. If you are looking for the cheapest place in town, you are going to get what you pay for. Save yourself the time and headache. Call Sandra at Jurassic Storage. Pick up a hat while you are at it!

I received terrible service while I was there, I didn't feel welcomed. The lady manager there was always concerned about me using the electricity even though they had outlets and it was never stated that I couldn't use them in the contract. I felt spied on even though I was a good tenant and only used the outlets a few times. I feel if they didn't want us to use just turn them off or lock them. I liked the dinosaur theme and I went to Universal Studios and I could have brought them something from the Jurrasic World ride but no. When you stay at a place you want to feel comfortable and not like someone is trying to mess with you just because they can and your hold your things are there as leverage. I feel she needs to learn how to respect others and not just think everyone is always out there trying to do something wrong we are just trying to better our lives and happiness, so my suggestion is stop being a Karen and talk to others and listen to others, don't just assume was are all bad be respectful.

When I called Jurrasic Storage almost 2 years ago looking for a unit, they were literally the last place to call in Eugene/Springfield and had only one unit available. So I had to snag it.
Sandra was so nice and working with her and Jurrasic storage was nothing but a pleasure.
We never had any issues there. The units and the entire place is clean and well secured.
I was actually a little sad to leave there and if I ever need storage again, I will return to Jurrasic.

Great place to store our stuff. I was in Eugene for work for a year and needed a place to store my stuff. JS staff were very friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean and secure. Prices were great. Simply the best storage experience I’ve ever had. If I return to Eugene my stuff will be back at Jurassic Storage

I highly recommend this storage facility. Management is very responsive and friendly, and even locked up my unit for me one time when I was racing to the airport. The prices are fair for what you get: clean, safe, convenient hours, units in good repair / condition.

Everything you cold want in a storage place. Impeccably clean, well run and friendly. I came for the dinosaur, but stayed for the great service and facility.

Jurassic Storage is by far the best storage facility that I have ever used. Their staff is helpful and courteous, their facility is clean and even pretty, and they are always willing to go above and beyond for whatever I needed. Highly recommend.

I've been using this facility for 2-3 years and it's been a really pleasant experience as far a storage units go. They have a stellar sign up deal which is why I went with them in the first place. The manager is really cool and understanding and the staff as a whole has been nothing but kind and professional. All in all I have no complaints aside from the pricing after the new costumer deal isn't the best but it's not terrible. I have a 5X10 unit and it's $100/mo which isn't a terrible price but my boyfriend has a 10X10 and he only pays $15 more at another location that's newer and set up in a better way. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a storage facility located in Eugene.

Very clean facility, new construction and well maintained. Plenty of security features and availability. The staff is very kind and I don't worry about having my materials in storage at Jurassic like I would at other facilities.
