Went and saw Brianna and she was really patient and helped me figure out what I was wanting. I love the length we decided on and really love the gentle layers she gave me. Definitely will be going back!

Although I have gone to Just Hair for years, this is the first time I am leaving a review because I have gotten so many complements on my haircut. I usually go for a mid length haircut with little to no maintenance, but decided to go bolder this time with a shorter cut. I went to Sonya and she did a fabulous job! She listened to what I wanted and went for it. My curls love the shorter length, they are so healthy and bouncy. Thank you Sonya for giving me a beautiful haircut!

The hair style an cut is on point ; the color tho .. it’s not even close to want I wanted! I asked for red wine with almost a purple effect. what I got is red; no purple wine color in sight!

Sonya cut my hair and completely nailed it; listened to what I was looking for and gave my hair the refresh it so desperately needed. I walked out with healthy happy hair and a cute new look. Sonya also gave great product recommendations. I’m extremely glad I was scheduled with Sonya on a whim, absolutely wonderful stylist. I highly suggest booking with Sonya. 💖

I’m not happy to give this review but there’s an issue that needs to be addressed. It’s the shampoo bowls or the chairs or both. I’m pretty tall and it was difficult to get my head in the bowl without stretching. My neck started hurting mid- shampoo. Unfortunately the much older and smaller woman after me was forced into an awkward position. That icky pillow they have to boost you up is not a solution.
Other than that, the haircut was adequate, the stylist didn’t make me feel like I was in good hands. Maybe it was an off day for the salon but the best day isn’t going to change the shampooing situation.

I don’t actually know how their cuts or styles are due to the fact that I got zero response to an email I sent them. Nice that you reply to Google reviews, but can’t find an email I sent. Here’s a screenshot of my sent email. Nice! You found my email, was that after deleting your response to my review on Google or before? Extra special thank you for doing that “extensive search” of your SPAM folder. And a Bless your heart for making it my fault for not following up the lack of response with a phone call. If you don’t regularly check emails or your SPAM folders for booking questions, why list the email as a contact? Poor job performance on the behalf of the receptionist/media response staff. One star due to the responses I’ve gotten.

My son needed a haircut for his birthday and it was so last minute but I called and they got us in for an appointment no problem. We got Stephanie who cut my sons hair. He was so good that she decided to give the haircut at no charge for birthday! It was such a surprise and we are so grateful. Haircut was done exactly how we wanted! We will definitely be back!

I got partial highlights today and this was only my second experience with getting my hair professionally colored. The first salon I went to used the same scheduling app as Just Hair. At the other salon, the price listed when you book was the same price I paid at the end. However, this salon was different. On the booking site, it said for a partial foil and haircut, it would be starting at $148. I figured that if it would be more than that, it would be told to me sometime during my appointment, but I was never told it would be almost double the starting price. I see now how the pricing breakdown works by looking at their website, but you’d think they would put that on their booking site or tell me sometime during my appointment. I had great conversation with Haley and she did a great job on my hair, but the fact that I ended up getting charged $288 for initially a $148 service feels like I got ripped off. Because of the lack of communication about pricing, I will not be coming back.

This is Amelia’s mother. She had a haircut with Morgan and decided she wanted it a little shorter. She called within the week window to schedule an appointment. Most of the appointments Morgan had were when Amelia had school. She “squeezed” her in on a Sunday but her timing estimate left us waiting an hour, for a 10 min trim. There was no apology and Morgan’s attitude about it was unacceptable. If she didn’t have time she should have scheduled my daughter farther into the future or between haircuts instead of a color. OR , she could have called us as she was finishing up the foils so my daughter could have gotten her trim while the color was setting. I heard my daughter ask Morgan to part her hair in the middle and when she pointed out that it was not straight Morgan dismissed her saying it didn’t matter if it was straight. If a customer makes a reasonable request it should be respected. Obviously we will not return to Morgan because she was disrespectful of our time.

I have had really bad experiences in salons in the past with not really feeling heard, or not even coming close to what I had asked for and because of that, going to a salon became such a scary thought! BUT! This salon and Haley did such a great job at changing that aspect! Not only is it such a great atmosphere and environment, but Haley is absolutely amazing for going above and beyond for my super difficult hair! I went in wanting a heavy bleaching process on the bottom layer of my hair, and even tho there were a couple stubborn spots of my hair, somehow someway she pulled it through and made it shine better than I ever would've thought! Such a long process for my thick hair, but she made the entire process so comfortable and worth it, that three hours of bleaching time felt like 30 mins! Great conversations, great environment and a super awesome and attentive and friendly service from Haley! Thank you again so much Haley, for not only changing my trauma of salons but a great ending to a wonderful birthday weekend!

Changed my stylist three times. Called me 10 minutes before my appointment at 11 to cancel. I was driving when the call came in to make my appointment at 11. When I walked in that’s when I found out they canceled me. Sent me an email trying to make it look like it was my fault for not answering my phone, if only I would’ve answered my phone while I was driving I would’ve known that they canceled my appointment 10 minutes before the appointment. Not my fault at all, this is bad business. It’s not my fault your stylist’s don’t want to work. Stop making excuses for them! I bet if I canceled within a 24 hour time you’d charge me!
