A wonderful and professional experience. If you know what to look for, they have amazing pieces and knowledgeable employees, but to the immediate glance it's less polished than it is.The sales are pretty good, but otherwise the prices are so-so. The insurance is affordable and comprehensive, so I overall recommend it.I've purchased several beautiful pieces at affordable prices and have always had a pleasant experience.The ultrasonic cleaners are occasionally used on the display floor and can be quite loud and operate in a frequency range that can irritate some individuals more than others.Overall a good pick, and much better than the others in the indoor mall.If you're looking for higher-end jewelry and timepieces, Skeie's is a good pick, but for sub-$1000, this is a no-brainer.★★★★★

Leslie was amazing! My partner and I came in to pick out engagement rings and wedding bands. We only had a loose idea of what we wanted, but Leslie was able to quickly figure out what we liked and created the perfect custom rings for us! It was a pleasure to work with her. Thank you!

My girlfriend bought me a bracelet for Christmas and we were afraid we wouldn’t be able to return it. So we called this location and a women named Kristina helped us return the bracelet and found one we liked more. We our very happy with our experience here today. We drove from Salem and will definitely return to Eugene.

Waited around a few minutes for help, only one other customer in the store but plenty employees, when they finally acknowledged me they didn’t even approach me they just shouted across the store and said “do you need something?” not friendly about it at all. So I said no and walked to one of their neighboring stores and made my purchase there instead. My fiancé had a nice gal help him when purchasing my engagement ring so I thought they’d be friendlier.

I took my ring in to get soldered together and appraised they told me it would be 3 weeks. I'm close to 2 months without my ring still when I went in to ask about it they told me they forgot to send it out because they are super busy but all 4 of them were sitting on there butts talking to each other. I'm very disappointed and miss my ring so much

We really enjoyed our experience with KAY. Ashley helped us out and she was wonderful!! My brother got to build the perfect ring for his girlfriend and it is stunning. Amazingly, we could get the resizing and setting done in-house within an hour because of a special promotion. The staff was extremely helpful; while we were waiting for the ring to be sized, one of the staff members took the time to teach me about gemstones on display. Everyone was just so friendly and kind. Would def recommend!

What a wonderful store filled with kind and knowledgeable employees. The staff are always ready to help guests when they arrive and make a great effort to promote sales to give everyone the best deals they can.I’ve ordered a couple pieces online and was able to pick them up in the store without any issues. Fantastic service.

It should not be that difficult to make a payment and u guys should set up better payment processing. I lived in Eugene but moved all the way to baker city and there is not a Kay jewelry anywhere by me. Also I call the bank and the robot that I had to talk to over the phone kept saying “I don’t not get that please input your 16 digit card number” u guys I know make a lot of money I think it’s ridiculous u don’t have automatic payments set up and have very few ways to make payments.

I want to say going into this that I have never had a problem with Kay's but this store has made me rethink that. I dropped off my engagement ring to be resized in early June with an estimated completion time of 2-4 weeks. In mid-July, I reached out to Kay's inquiring about the ring and was assured they would contact the jeweler they sent it to (it was moissanite and had to be sent out to be sized). End of July, I went to the store to ask about the ring again and was told to keep checking my email as I must be missing something. Early August, I called again asking for my ring and was told they would reach out to the business with my ring (they hadn't yet at this point). August 17th, I finally received a call from Kay's informing me the jeweler still has my ring and Kay's "missed an email" from them in June regarding payment for my ring. I had already paid $65 for the resizing. The person I spoke to today has been unpleasant each interaction I have had with her (at least three or four separate interactions) and informed me they would refund $15 so I would still be paying $50 for my ring to be missing for close to three months. I requested my ring back without resizing (with a refund) and the associate was rude, informing me "I don't control the USPS," without any prompting or questions about shipping. I would never recommend this store or the associates to anyone I know.
