I was left waiting for a response from Lorenzo. No email or phone call received. Looked at the Thermador Freedom cooktop you had in store and made the decision to purchase only to be left waiting. Found several other dealers selling Thermador around so I'll buy elsewhere.

It took nearly 2 months to get the refrigerator. Originally told approximately 4 weeks. Then when it did show up. It was damaged. So now waiting for replacement doors.. just a frustrating

Kelly’s is a great place for appliances. They replaced my fridge that I bought a year ago from another store that was an absolute nightmare. This fridge is wonderful and the guys both in store & delivery were awesome.

As I manage facilities for the organization I work for, because of that, I am a many times over repeat customer- I think we've bought about 70 appliances from them this year, that was my call to use Kelly's.
this one was for me ...
I am once again so pleased with Kelly's service from start to finish.
We had a refrigerator fail and needed a replacement right away. Unfortunately the old one was an odd size, Kelly's saved the day; they had something that fit in stock ready to go. Couldn't get a delivery so late in the day so I did it all myself
I went in and paid and mentioned I needed to run home and pick up the truck. By the time I got back, it was at the loading area, ready to go!
No problem getting rid of the old one, they accept the old unit for recycling so I was able bring that back and all done!

I have had an excellent experience with Kellys because of the above and beyond customer service I received from Bryan Mumme!
I did not have to go to the store. Bryan found the perfect refrigerator at an awesome price and sent it to me through email. It was such an easy and delightful way to shop!
I am looking forward to receiving it tomorrow.
