Because of a family emergency I had to reschedule my service which was not a problem. I got in the following day at the same time and ,as always, the service was done in a timely manner and at a fair price. I highly recommend Kendall Acura for vehicle service.

Had a good experience here servicing a used Acura we bought. Friendly and helpful. Going through a little renovation but wasn’t disruptive. Kendall seems to be all over Eugene - guess when you do things right you stick around.

8/18/25 - Over two weeks have passed and I have not been contacted by anyone from the dealership regarding my issue. I'd give them 0 stars if the system would allow it. Just like with the initial sale, they have made false promises....
I would avoid this dealership if you think you will need to go back to them for anything after you buy the car. I got a good deal on my Acura RDX from them, but everything after the sale was made has been terrible. The follow through on correcting an issue I identified at the time of sale has been terrible (XPEL clear shield that was pre-installed on the car had some bubbles). I've had to call them to remind them of the problem and get the repair scheduled and I've driven from Portland to Eugene twice already to get this corrected, but it is still is not fixed and they are saying there is nothing more they can do (they are cutting the XPEL shield to get the bubble out and then re-sealing it, but the XPEL shield is not sticking and the bubble is still there and now there is also a visible line where they cut the shield. They should just remove the piece and install a new). I also wanted to cancel the extended warranty I purchased from them and submitted all of the requested paper work to them only to find out two months later that they still have not cancelled my warranty contract yet (the warranty company says they have not received any request from Kendall Acura and I have to go through the company I purchased the warranty from to get this cancelled).

We had a great experience with the service team, they were very accommodating, they shuttled us to and from our choice of places, which was very nice. My family owns two Acura MDX vehicles. The outstanding care both cars have received at Kendall have kept them running exceptionally well for years. Service coordinator David Sanchez is particularly outstanding. I respect and appreciate his deep knowledge of the vehicles and his integrity and advise about what care they need and when. The technicians have done impeccable work on repairs and service. I appreciate their thoroughness in assessing the vehicle’s condition when they do a multipoint inspection. I have had bad experiences with other makes of vehicles at other auto dealers in the past. My Acura vehicles have performed incredibly well and Kendall has consistently demonstrated skill and integrity in caring for them.

on Monday the June 3rd I made an appointment for Friday 9AM after the gentlement name DAVID told to my face that they are so busy until Friday which was ok. He made me write down my name, phone, email and everything for that day. Came back on Friday to find out he never made appointment for me which I have to comeback on Monday next week again. Tks you Amanda for being so helpful, but this is ridiculous how the services department work as you paid 75k$ for a vehicle and they coudnt make it right just from a smallest thing. Customer time is worthless to them
