Kendall Honda and Acura sucks they are rude and staff on the sales floor just ignored me and I had to go to 3 different areas and move my car it's was like mostly the male staff gave off the looks like they don't care but there were 2 very helpful men and 2 women very helpful treated me like a human and did there jobs customer service Acura service manager sucks I. Was there to get a selt belt replaced and took over 2 hours and he calls me on the phone instead of coming to the show case floor to tell me in person that the SRS light comes by on after replacing the part I believe it was to be replaced on passenger side not drivers side and he tells me that it needed to be tested to see problem and instead of just doing it was already in the area but no he says to fix the issue because something is wrong he says it's going to be 150 bucks to test it .I'm very upset with this service center my god all that needs to be done is stick a wire in the sensor by driver's side I felt like I was just there for nothing .yes I have a Acura MDX but I will never take it back for any kind of work again .

My initial contact was Samantha Long. Since she specializes in Honda, she put me in touch with resident Acura guru Paul Casey. Paul got me the exact model, trim, and colors I wanted quickly. Communication was timely and he walked me through every possible aspect of TLX ownership with patience and care.

Young lady that guided my service was highly professional and outlined all of the services in detail that made me feel great about getting this stuff done to my 2015 Acura MDX. I've normally abandoned dealership service programs after the first couple of years of owning a vehicle but I have valued their service and realize I'm paying a premium but I think it's worth it.

I had a great experience with Kendall Acura, and specifically with the sales manager Paul. I had been shopping for RDX's for some time, and I had test driven and made an offer at another dealership that was not a great experience.Somehow, Paul was able to get a great price on an RDX he had in inventory (that easily beat the competition), and I was able to get an incredible interest rate through Acura in this high interest rate environment! I am extremely happy that I drove down (from Beaverton) to visit Kendall Acura. If I shop for another Acura in the future, Paul will get the first call. Thanks!!

Thorough and courteous service. Affordable prices on vehicle repairs and services. The waiting area is small and there are no complimentary coffee or items, but there's a cafeteria in the building.

I love my Acura and taking it to the dealership to have it serviced was great. It only took an hour to do it all including rotating the tires. Free bubbly water while I waited.

Alice was hands down absolutely an amazing car sales lady. I would definitely recommend her to ANYONE. She genuinely listened to what I wanted. NOT pushy. If I didn't like something she point me to something else. She was knowledgeable about the process. I told her I didn't want my payments more then a certain amount and she made it happen. Lovely personality.Kendall definitely has a gem of a sales person. Will go back to her when I buy my next car.Thank you Alice!!!!

Kendall Acura of Eugene was great! Had some issues with paint around the windshields of our 2016 Acura ILX. We learned of an extended warranty related to paint defects for our vehicle. Went to Kendall Acura of Eugene and spoke with David (Service Advisor), who was very helpful. He was able to confirm our car qualified for the warranty and immediately scheduled the service. We were provided a great loaner car while our vehicle was in the shop. Our car looks amazing! Thank you David and Kendall Acura of Eugene.

Service department is a joke. Have Acura vehicle called for appointment for oil change,have lifetime service, told no need for appointment just come on in. Two days later come in no one available told to wait in lobby 30 minutes later I went to desk and they took my number said they would call back. 90 minutes later I call back after not getting a call and they tell me I need to make an appointment. I have had issues before and they apologize and say they take their service very seriously yeah right just admit you don’t care I could at least respect that

Like any business, it often comes down to a few people in an organization who make the difference. In this case I need to add to the other posts by giving a shout out to David Sanchez, the Acura advisor. His high level of technical car skills, a critical skill needed to evaluate a complex problem, likely come from his years working as a Honda tech. Most advisors are typically marketing specialists there to up-sell.Combine that with David's excellent customer communication, attention to detail and surprisingly reasonable pricing, and now you want to take your vehicle to the dealership again. I’ve spent years avoiding dealerships due to the poor experience. Kudos to Kendall management for upgrading our one and only dealership here. And give David a bonus !

I have been having my Acura TL serviced at Kendall Acura since buying it there as a certified used vehicle back in 2007. They always provide me top notch service at a reasonable price. I have dealt with a few service advisers over the years and I can say that they have always done a great job addressing problems and suggesting appropriate maintenance. The car had less than 30K miles when we bought it and it now has over 200K! My current service adviser, David Sanchez, has kept my car in tip top shape and only recommends a service or repair if it is absolutely needed. While my car is in for service he keeps me apprised of the status and if anything else is required.I highly recommend Kendall Acura's service department.
