I just want to say that Jordan in your service department was fantastic at taking care of my Ford truck. He was familiar with the work that needed to be done and took care of everything. So let's start by saying thanks to Eric v. Um this was a different/difficult car buying process for myself. I'm pretty much found all and tried doing all necessary paperwork or anything else needed for the purchase on line. It made it a little bit more challenging and or a process to get answers &find out what I needed. So this is where KENDALL FORD &Eric came into play. Long story short, I ended up flying from NAMPA IDAHO to Eugene Oregon to pick the car . It ended up being exactly what I wanted to a T. Couldn't ask for anything better except maybe a Ferrari or Lamborghini. Lol, but it not only was a perfect car inside out&out but , TOP NOTCH FIESTA ST. imo i always like rally cars such as wrx/evos and had a couple myself but I lost my last wrx to and accident so when I was able to get my hands on this , I was on cloud 9 once again. Thankyou kendall ford for making sure I got exactly what I wanted, and for the courtesy of being polite& making sure I even got a full warranty (supposedly) for a older car(2018)FIST. So far couldn't be happier 👍

Treated me with respect and we were finally able to fix the issue I was having with my 2016 Ford Focus Titanium Hatchback. Chris Landeros is a good guy and is commended for staying cool under pressure. I also appreciate Pat Lemora for taking my concerns seriously. I was also happy with the various drivers who were ferrying me back and forth. Good eggs all around.

We have purchased several vehicles from both the Bend and Eugene locations. They always are easy to deal with and go above and beyond. We have high mileage company vehicles that get used hard, both of those locations are exceptional in the service departments and always keep things running like new for us. They also bend over backwards to get us in for emergency appointments when needed, making sure our operation isn't down. Whether it's buying a new vehicle, or having your vehicle serviced, Kendall is the only place I would go!

My appointment was at 8 am. I arrived and was immediately introduced to Morgan who would be servicing my 2020 Ford Escape. The appointment was for a couple of recall notices. The courtesy car driver was friendly and professional. It is an extra perk to have transportation home after dropping off my car. Now the bonus was the valet service and having my car delivered once the work was completed. Kendall Ford has always exceeded my expectations. The complimentary car wash is a nice way of saying they appreciate my business.

Kendall… a trusted name? Or… living off of reputation? A question for you….
I posed the question after buying a used Explorer with safety issues. I received a call immediately. The sincerity and genuine concern quickly restored faith and trust a have had for this organization.
I would recommend this organization. Eric, James, Jesse and Phillip are quality people who you can put your trust in.

I recently found a lease for $299 a month for my teens, and thanks to several rebates, the down payment was surprisingly affordable. I honestly dreaded walking into the dealership, expecting the usual sales pressure—but I couldn’t have been more wrong.
Kayleb, my salesperson, was exceptionally professional, courteous, and patient throughout the entire process. The purchase was seamless from start to finish. What really impressed me, though, was the entire team behind him. A few days later, when I returned to pick up my rubber floor mats, I was greeted at the door by two other sales associates who immediately helped answer a couple of my questions. When I walked back outside, they even asked if I needed help installing the mats.
Every single person I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. Whoever is managing this dealership has clearly done an outstanding job with hiring and customer service. I’m already eyeing the Nautilus as my next car! Thanks KENDALL FORD & BRONCO.

Jordan Weber in the service department is exceptional! Great customer service and a great sense of humor. He will be the only one I will want to work with. Not that anyone else in the service department isn’t great, it’s just that Jordan takes service to another level. Also, shout out to the courtesy shuttle drivers! They always show up with a smile, and make the drive that much more pleasant!

Terrible experience. Negative 5 if I could. Service Advisors are not knowledgeable and respond to questions with answers that make no mechanical or logical sense. Then when pressed, stating that this is the Fords Process. This only alienates customers from using the dealership. I went to another well known diesel shop and was immediately met with a logical and sound process for diagnosing a severe mechanical issue I had with my Ford Diesel Truck. The Service Advisor disappeared, did not return my calls and according to the Service Manager was being terminated and I was assigned another Service Advisor that was equally not knowledgeable about basic mechanical issues. Only to be reassigned back to the original Service Advisor that disappeared. Just a disaster experience at Kendall Ford.
