I recently had a broken driver's side rear-view mirror assembly replaced at Kendall Honda. Service there was thorough and professional. I especially enjoyed working with Norma Hagen, Service Consultant. She was very friendly and helpful through the entire process from ordering the part to its installation, along with all of the paperwork involved. Excellent experience at Kendall as always! Thanks!
12/5/23 - Came in for my 2017 Honda HR-V's routine maintenance multi-point inspection (over 35,000 miles). Overall, service was excellent. Shayla Spoerl, Express Service Consultant, was efficient, professional, and very helpful. She carefully went over each item with me that would be serviced and what to expect, as well as the cost. What I thought would be about a 2-hour wait time turned out to be only about an hour, which was a bonus. I've always been pleased with service at Kendall and this time was no exception. Thank you!
11/17/25 - Took my Honda HR-V in to Kendall for its routine oil change and to address any other items that may need attention. Wait time for the oil change and accompanying inspections was about 1-1/2 hours, which I felt was normal. I appreciate that Zachary Schissler was very helpful and polite. I will be returning to Kendall on 12/11 for a follow-up visit to address one of the items on the ongoing to-do list for my HR-V.

I just want to give the biggest thank you to Kendall Honda. They truly went out of their way for me. They didn’t just get me into a car, they got me into the exact one I wanted, at an even better deal than I hoped for. Every person I interacted with was kind, patient, and genuinely supportive. I’m so grateful for how they took care of me, and I’ll recommend them to anyone who asks. Thank you, Kendall Honda, for making this whole experience such a blessing.

I called to inquire about a car they had for sale, and they confirmed it was available. They made me travel there, but when I arrived, they told me they didn't have the car. The most annoying is they tried to sell me a different car, one I wasn't interested in. That's unprofessional. I don't recommend this place.

There are few worse hells than buying a car, in my experience. Which was why I was shocked by my experience at Kendall Honda--totally painless! Jack was a pleasure to work with. You know that sleazy, slightly sociopathic vibe that you get from most car salesmen, where they feel like they're reading from a script, and seem to look through you not at you, and you can't trust a damn word they say, and it feels like playing a game of 4D chess? Jack is nothing like that--just a nice, knowledgable guy committed to helping you find what you're looking for. He was very helpful, personable, and best of all, was never pushy. Even when it looked at one point like the sale might fall through (due to an oversight on our part), he remained completely professional and respectful. (I've seen salesmen get nasty when they think they're losing you.) Highly recommend!

A Wonderful Place to buy a Car!! I forgot my checkbook and they don't take debit cards for that big of a down payment, So they drove me home and Picked me up the following day to come get my car! Everything went so smoothly, It was a Perfect experience, Oh ask for Jack Thornton, He's the Best!

We brought in our new Honda CR-V for installation of a cargo cover, all weather floor mats and splash guards. These procedures took about 2 hours. The work was done perfectly. We were treated courteously and were very satisfied with the result.

Amazing service! I needed a side view mirror fixed and Nicole quickly assessed the damage and necessary work to replace it. She was able to locate the part and had it shipped to this location overnight, went over all of the financial details and gave sound advice that made me feel taken care of. I had a new mirror installed within 2 days of the incident. When I got a call my car was finished, Nicole went over their complete inspection with honest information about my tires, which was unexpected and much appreciated. I could've gone to a shop that was suggested by my insurance but the convenience to have it completed by a Honda team and back on the road so soon was the better choice. Thank you Nicole! I will definitely be back for any future needs.

Amanda my service writer or rep in the service department at kendall Honda of Eugene went above and beyond. Amanda spent many hours with an insurance co. getting my car back on the road as soon as possible. I couidnt be more pleased with her service.

Nearly $800 to get a splash guard replaced? I think I’ll shop local, this is the second time I’ve come to this place thinking that because they’re “Honda” they’ll know best.
They will nickel and dime you for everything, you’re better off going to a local mechanic. I promise.
