Normally, I would give them a high rating service wise, but when I had a question about resetting my security code after my battery went dead, I was told that I could try removing the battery completely to see if that would allow my code to work. It was obvious the person didn't know or offer to help solve it. It felt like the sale was made, so you are on your own.

Service is always quick and easy. They are able to accommodate my daughter's vehicle service when she is home from college. Never pushy about added service, but helps me make the right decisions on normal maintenance.

I recently moved to Eugene from out of state and this was my first time at this location. I made an appointment online a few days before. Jaylynn called me two days before to confirm the services I needed done and she was extremely helpful. She answered questions before I could even ask them! I wasn’t sure if she was going to be my advisor when I actually got there, but she came and got me almost as soon as I pulled up. I was really happy because she made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I was there for about two hours for an oil & transmission fluid change, which was expected based on my past experiences at other Honda locations. Unfortunately I feel like the dealerships are always busy, so I definitely recommend setting some time aside when coming in, even with an appointment. It doesn’t really bother me though, personally. I’ve always received great service at Honda no matter the location, so I know it’s worth it! Overall, I had a really great experience. Jaylynn was very nice and I was extremely satisfied with her service. I will definitely schedule with her in the future! :)

Kendall Honda Service and Amanda Parker are the Best! I had not been using Honda services lately due to using another business that was more convenient but had decided to go back for a particular car issue. I had forgotten the great service available at Honda! Amanda goes out of her way to provide prompt, professional and thorough assistance to her customers. And when the service department works on my vehicle, I know that they will be conscientious in their work and keep my vehicle running safely and smoothly. I'm very glad to be back! Peace of mind and great service is priceless!!

I called to schedule an appointment, and was told there was afternoon availability. I arrived at my appointment time and was told by Shayla that my car's issue could not be addressed, that the person I spoke with was in a call center and had no idea what was happening at the facility. She spoke to me with such condescension that I have no desire to return after being a customer for years.

Brought my accord here to have them replace the alternator. I specifically told them it needed an alternator. They wanted to charge over $1000.00 to replace the alternator. I told them no way and had it towed to Absolute Auto. Under $500 for them to install the same brand alternator that Honda uses. Additionally, Kendall charged me $178 to diagnose what I told them the car needed. Ridiculous!! Stay away.

I usually have a good experience here. Had service done here today and they surprised me with a total amount that was almost twice what they had originally quoted me (and almost $300 more than I signed for) — after I already had the work done. Overall was a very stressful experience. At the least, you should be explaining the final cost more clearly to your customers who are paying an arm and a leg. I won’t be coming here again.

Took my 2011 CRV in for oil change. When I got my car back, they told me next oil change I would need to replace the oil pan as the threads of the plug were stripped and they put in a temporary one till next oil change. Also, they said the battery was bad and needed to be replaced. They even put all this in writing with a quote for the job at over $1300. I knew that the battery was fine as I had a new one recently installed. After having an independent garage inspect the vehicle, there was nothing wrong with the plug or the oil pan. No excuse for the dishonesty. WILL NEVER RETURN OR TRUST THEM AGAIN.

There were things in my car, about $300 worth of things, when i dropped it off at Kendall that weren't in my car when i picked it up.Kendall says it happens a lot. They refuse to do anything about it.Would not recommend

I have always taken my car to Kendall Honda for service. I fell that I can trust them to do the best and that they know what my Honda needs but that they don't try to sell me extras. They are also courteous and efficient and I will continue to use them.Service: Oil change
