Brought my accord here to have them replace the alternator. I specifically told them it needed an alternator. They wanted to charge over $1000.00 to replace the alternator. I told them no way and had it towed to Absolute Auto. Under $500 for them to install the same brand alternator that Honda uses. Additionally, Kendall charged me $178 to diagnose what I told them the car needed. Ridiculous!! Stay away.

I usually have a good experience here. Had service done here today and they surprised me with a total amount that was almost twice what they had originally quoted me (and almost $300 more than I signed for) — after I already had the work done. Overall was a very stressful experience. At the least, you should be explaining the final cost more clearly to your customers who are paying an arm and a leg. I won’t be coming here again.

Took my 2011 CRV in for oil change. When I got my car back, they told me next oil change I would need to replace the oil pan as the threads of the plug were stripped and they put in a temporary one till next oil change. Also, they said the battery was bad and needed to be replaced. They even put all this in writing with a quote for the job at over $1300. I knew that the battery was fine as I had a new one recently installed. After having an independent garage inspect the vehicle, there was nothing wrong with the plug or the oil pan. No excuse for the dishonesty. WILL NEVER RETURN OR TRUST THEM AGAIN.

There were things in my car, about $300 worth of things, when i dropped it off at Kendall that weren't in my car when i picked it up.Kendall says it happens a lot. They refuse to do anything about it.Would not recommend

I have always taken my car to Kendall Honda for service. I fell that I can trust them to do the best and that they know what my Honda needs but that they don't try to sell me extras. They are also courteous and efficient and I will continue to use them.Service: Oil change

The car is five days old. 500 miles on the tires. The side wall blew out. They claim we did it. We did not. We have all new streets where we live and there would have had to be damage scratches to the wheel cover. Nothing, no marks. They won’t stand behind warranty and I’m pretty sure Firestone would replace it within 5 days. I will never ever go to Kendall again!Service: Tires

Shayla was great and made my trip convenient when my wife scheduled our services together not realizing Toyota was a different Kendall than Honda. They accommodated and even ran parts over from Toyotas shop so that we could stay together for her services and mine. When there was an issue with the oil filter they again ran over to Toyota for me and installed an upgrade part for free. They apologized for the wait but honestly they did everything and more to make it comfortable and painless for us. Update- we got a refund of $94.11 for the part they say needed replaced. They could not refund the $350 inspection fee. We got a quote at another auto shop to do the work and order the part for half the cost that Honda quoted us for labor alone($396). So we will be going to B&G auto shop, where I previously had quality and low cost work done on a car I used to own. I would rather pay a $130 estimate than pay $491.. thanks anyways, Honda.

Big thumbs up for Craig Truesdale! We arrived at Kendall Honda 5 minutes before closing on a Friday with 2 nails in our tire and Craig rescued us! Within 40 minutes we had a new tire on the car and were able to return home to the Bay Area without any issues. Judging by the number of people buying cars while we were waiting they seem to have the customer as the priority. Thank you Craig and Kendall Honda - you have our business whenever we are in Eugene!

If I could give it a negative one, I probably would. No cars in the bay, atleast 3+ mechanics. I called about an oil change and was told that they were walk-in only and that they would check on their alignment policies and procedures aswell never heard back. Checked online and it said no need to make an appointment. I came to the front, was passed by a gentleman who went straight to a car behind me as if I didn't even exist. I went inside and there were three people literally sitting there doing what seemed to be nothing. Talked to a lady and she said that they stop doing oil changes at 4? Hmmm, I mean I get the fact that maybe if they were backed up or everyone went home or they were busy, but they weren't LOL. Lousy service if I say so myself. Might be worth the drive to find a better honda dealership located elsewhere.
