Great sales experience @ Kendall Subaru! Went in to check out a model on my "To Buy" list and was greeted by a personable, knowledgeable young man named Love (that really was his name). We talked and did not have the time to test drive. Fast forward almost 2 years (covid, chip shortage, yata yata) and he still worked there and remembered me! (multiple brownie points!). Arranged for me and Mama to test drive the rig with a full tank of gas without adult supervision. I would have bought from him but I had very specific colors and trim level to keep my home life bueno and had to shop a 200 mile radius to get my exact unit of choice, sorry dude, you still rock!

I can not say enough about how amazing our experience has been with Kendall Subaru of Eugene. We just purchased a used Forester and Joseph could not be any more helpful. We were able to get the vehicle for what we wanted to pay AND Joseph made sure that the needed seat repair was done flawlessly. The entire dealership has been wonderful to work with from financing to services. I would recommend them to everyone!

From reading past reviews, I am hesitant to buy a new car from Kendall. Yikes! I bought my 2004 Subaru Outback new and put over $10K into it the first few years. Now, it runs great, yet the stereo, AC and other things have stopped working. What to do.....

Everything went great. Instead of waiting for the oil change to be completed, we were shuttled over to the mall to do some shopping. All we had to do was call the shuttle for pickup.Tires were rotated, and a complete inspection on all fluids. The inspection was presented to us on paper showing us what was done. Service writer was knowledgeable and friendly.. If looking to purchase a new vehicle, I would recommend any Kendall dealership, they are the real deal.

Traveling the country, we were in need of our 18,000 mile warranty servicing. I was told I didn't need an appointment but could stop in to Kendall Subaru any time. Cayenne greeted me in the spotless service bay, reviewed the oil change, tire rotation, filter inspections, etc to be done and led me to the cappuccino machine for the only decision I needed to make. After about 45 minutes of enjoying some reading with good coffee, she once again appeared, my car fully serviced and ready to go. Perfect service, very happy.

I recently had the easiest and most amazing experience purchasing a vehicle at Kendall Subaru! This was such a pleasant experience (normally not), so fun.Eric Wrightington helped me through the entire process with such gracious kindness and excellent knowledge. His demeanor with customers is over the top, and I will recommend him to all in the market for a new vehicle. And to Kendall Subaru, I must say what an awesome asset he is to your company! Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing is ever done before they check with you first and they always offer options. They provide you with a time estimate as well, which is remarkably accurate. Love their customer service!

Best dealership I've ever dealt with; without question. Recently, I purchased my second CrossTrek (and third Subaru overall). It was a special order (stick shift) and the process was smooth with great communication along the way. Then, a hiccup; the power steering controller/module went out. Kendall dealt with it professionally. I was given an approximate time for repair. Communication along the way was great, setting good expectations and delivering. And was even offered (which I gladly accepted) a free-of-charge loaner for the duration.

I went to Subaru for an oil change on a busy day and Becca let me know it would be a wait. She came to update me many times and also informed me they discovered a tire leak during my tire rotation. They offered to patch it for me but it didn’t work, though they found a replacement tire and changed the entire tire for me! I went to pay for the service but Becca let me know the manager was offering to cover the cost due to my long wait. I was pleasantly surprised by this and am so grateful for Kendall Subaru’s wonderful service! Thank you to Becca for the great customer service.

In Sept 2022, I purchased a 2018 Outback. The sales team didn't offer info on the car but put it on me to ask questions. Tried to sell me a warranty for a ridiculous price. After declining with the sales person, the guy I signed paperwork with offered me the same warranty for half the price! Why the games, Kendall??Furthermore, shortly after taking the car home I found the tires to be leaking and Kendall would not cover them because they were "factory tires". 6 months later my battery failed. Again, not covered because it was from Les Schwab. Both of these were components of the car they sold me- how is that not covered?!Based on this, and the deceptive sales people I will never go back to them. I plan on returning to Lithia Toyota of Springfield for their top notch service and honest and professional staff.I don't usually write reviews, but it passes the time while I wait for my car to get fixed.

Recently, I had the torque converter replaced on my wife's 2010 Subaru Outback. By all accounts, the repair went well. A short time after a small problem arose with the repair. The team at Kendall Subaru went out of their way to make things right with us. The service manager, Brenna, and service consultant Sheena were easy to work with. They totally understood our issue and brought a kind-hearted approach to the otherwise tough world of auto repair. I want to thank them for their help and understanding of our unique situation.

Fast, friendly, courteous service. They did a good job, via text message while I was off having brunch, of keeping me informed and getting permission to do some additional things that needed done. Very efficient.I'm having knee problems and would have appreciated a stool or chair to sit on while going over the work order, etc. But it was fairly quick so it was okay. Also, they could have done a better job of helping me locate my car after the service was done.

Honestly never had a such a great experience buying a car! Sabrina not only found me the perfect car but it was the amazing working w her to get exactly what I wanted! Let my sister-in-law know, and she came in a week later and felt the same way!Today I received a couple additions to my new vehicle and Kristie in the “Parts” department was also amazing!I just love this place!! Always purchasing from here going forward and avoiding all those anxiety-spiking salesman’s and shops here on out!

Overall great experience at Kendall Subaru. Our sales consultant, Brysen, was very helpful and patient. I definitely recommend seeing him if you’re looking to buy a new car. We also appreciated working with Greg in finance! Very helpful and informative.
