So I applied for an auto refi. I didn’t get approved, which stinks, but that’s not why I’m reviewing 3 stars. Everyone was very nice, I enjoyed the conversations I had with the professionals I spoke with.The problem is that the communication was terrible. I received a phone call from the loan broker the next day, and a message was left. I tried to return that call that same day, and for the three following days, until I finally called the main line and was told that the person I was trying to reach had gone on vacation. Would’ve been nice to know so I could’ve saved myself the time and effort of calling.On this same call, I was told my income of $x.xx/month didn’t meet the requirements of the underwriters. I said, “that’s not my income.” He said “oh, oops, let’s try the new income.” (Aka the correct income). The loan gets rejected again.Well, bummer. Ok thems the breaks. But again, not why I’m complaining on google. Neither he or the original professional I worked with, ever called me, no communication, no emails, no “hey sorry to tell you but it didn’t work.” Just silence. Some people might be ok with that, but I’m not.Do as you will. ??

The Headquarters location in Eugene, OR at 10th and Oak is blessed to have Kara as their lead teller. She is the primary reason that I visit the headquarters location for my personal Banking needs. She makes things convenient and thanks me by my name. She has personally handled some errors for me when we had an issue with a delayed debit card. She actually did proactively call me when my card did eventually arrive. It's people like Kara that keep me happy banking with key bank. Honestly I'm a very particular person when it comes to customer service, since I have a few years of customer service in my own background, so when I say Kara is Key Bank's best, it means she is maintaining the best image of key bank possible and giving the best experience possible for ordinary clients like myself. Thank you Kara, Sincerely, Lloyd Fisher.

This company gives false assurances and forgets to call you back. They will argue about business days, instead of addressing your human concern. The company's internal communication lines are completely broken. They give different information at different locations, and from the customer service line alongside false assurances. I have been waiting 3 weeks for a debit card and I now bank with Oregon Community Credit Union. Go local, before Key bank treats you like You don't exist. I did five years with them and all of the sudden they cannot execute what they expect you to rely upon. No more faith in this company, these last three weeks serve as a memory of a comical adventure that I'll relate to others on stage to sublimate my personal stress form this whole entire hassle.

As a long time customer I should feel welcome and appreciated. This branch, unlike the other branches, makes me feel like I have to prove my integrity. I'd use another branch, the distance will be worth your time.
