I might change my review when they finally fix their atm. It’s very inconvenient to not be able to deposit cash when they are closed. They’ve been told this a couple of times (over months) at this point and it’s very frustrating. Please fix or change it so customers may use! Until then I will be putting more of my money in a bank with a working atm 🙏

The staff here take the time to get to know each customer, and make an effort to know what is going on in our life. In a world where no one even knows your name, this is a very nice touch, and a refreshing approach to banking.

They claimed I was a high risk account and froze my account for nothing more than depositing cash. Went down to close my account and they refused to give me my money told me they don’t know who to talk to either to get it back. These guys are criminals in my eyes. Never bank with Key because they might throw the key away to your cash.

I have been with Key for over 15 years and they have been absolutely amazing. The one time I had an issue with card fraud they cleared it up right away. Rates have beaten most other banks and staff has always been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. At this particular branch I feel like they have always gone above and beyond for me.

I did a mobile check deposit withmwith Oregon Emergency Relief Fund 500$ check yesterday (Friday 8-21-2020), and upon completion it said my check would be available by 9am the next day. So I loaded up my girlfriend and we drove down to Brookings from Eugene to enjoy a day on the ocean. Planned on having money available at 9am to drive home and have lunch with, and I called this morning to check my account balance and Key Bank put a hold on my cashier's check until 8-27-2020! Now I'm stranded with no money 4 hours from home and Key told me there's nothing that they can do until Monday when the manager is in. I am so mad right now I don't know what to do. If they put holds on cashier checks upon mobile deposits for nearly a week they should let you know before you choose to deposit it that way. I could have just went to the branch to make the deposit in person and received my money but out of convenience I chose to do it from home and now I'm stranded with no money. This is preposterous and I would not recommend this bank to anyone else after this issue.

Tried to open up a business account here. It took Key Bank 2 and a half weeks to send my business card after sending to the wrong address twice. Key bank then had to change my card number because of this to avoid potential fraud. Today, my account was over drawn $125.00 and charged $258.00 in overcharge fees on top of that without an email or call. Tried to go in person to resolve immediately and was only given a phone line to call. Terrible..go somewhere else that cares about their customers.
