The customer service was absolutely awful. Very unapologetic and take no urgency in any customer concerns. Very quick to dismiss any issues and be little when you try to call him out on it. Not even worth any stars

I love this bank so much that I would drive across town just to come here. Solely because of Sheryl. She is genuinely one of the kindest human beings I think I have ever met. You sit down and talk to her once, and it feels as if she has been a part of your family for years. And this world is lacking kind humans, so when you encounter them... even if only for brief moment here and there... appreciate them. People like Sheryl are a gift to this world ❤

Failure to mention that not only will you have a fee when withdrawing money from any atm that isn't with key bank, THEY WILL CHARGE you the same amount. Making the transaction double the fee. I was also told that a mobile deposit would have funds readily available the same day before 11 pm. Looked that up, it is also a lie. They won't tell you about hidden fees upfront because it would cause them to go out of business. I WILL be closing my account next month.

If I could, I wouldn't give this bank a single star. I hardly ever right reviews but the service of this bank is appalling. We have several accounts there including a business account and we will moving all of our money. They like to nickle and dime their customers and do not have a clue about customer service. Do not trust them with your money, there are far better choices out there. So glad we were already banking elsewhere before all this happened.

We have been Key Bank customers for years, just going with the flow. Had very little interaction at the branch level until a random charge appeared on our account, not a small charge I might add! I went to the River Road, Eugene branch and had a wonderful experience with Molly! She came to where I was at talking with a teller and took me to her desk and handled everything quickly and efficiently! I walked out understanding the whole process and how things would move forward from that point on. The only thing that made this a four as opposed to a five star visit was the interaction I had at first with the tellers that were trying to convince me to go home and file a claim on-line. Customer service ladies, your job could disappear if we all used on-line services! Thanks Molly for the great customer service!
