If i could do zero stars - I would.
Long story short my car blew up and was towed to this dealership a month before my appointment once my appointment came i called and confirmed my appointment a few days prior once my appointment day came i received no call from them so I reached out and got told my someone in the service department “there’s no notes on your appointment, I will have to talk to everyone and i will give you call back tomorrow” As the next day went on I still received no call so once again I reached out and finally got ahold of one of the receptionist and I told her what had happened and she explained to me that the guy that I talked to left for the day and she also has no information on my car and she can have someone call me tomorrow. As today went on I still received no call from this dealership about any information on my car.
The lack of communication and customer satisfaction and service is crazy. I will never recommend a kia to anybody and not just from this specific dealer ship but from Kia in general including corporate and all the issues their cars entail is beyond me. I have had nothing but issues with my car and also nothing but issues with trying to get it fixed due to their recalls and them building bottom of the bucket cars but they have not been helpful through this process in the slightest. I can’t wait to pay this car off and get into a different car brand that values customer service and communication.

Kiefer KIA was responsive to emails, and answered questions before I came to look at cars. Dealers who refuse to do that should be avoided, so I felt good about going in to ask about a Forte GT-Line.
I met with a new sales guy, Tony, who is still learning, but he was able to get a price sheet for me to see the price break down, which was another good sign. The sales guy who finished the process, Neil Hubler-Dayton, was easy to work with and didn't try to load up the sale with ad-ons. The finance manager, Dylan Sahakian, was also easy to work with and made sure I understood the agreements I was signing.
While I was there, I also decided to buy a fifth-wheel spare, instead of a donut spare; I did this as a result of past experiences with flats. The people working in the parts and service department were able to bring the cost down for the wheel and tire installation.
Over all, my impression of Kiefer Kia is that they're straight shooters, no funny business. I'm certain I'll be bringing the car into their service department for upkeep.

I was very upset, I drove 2 hours for a 4:00 appointment, for an oil change and a recall I received in the mail. As soon as I walked in the service guy at the counter said “ you know we won’t be able to get to your car till 5-5:30?” He was very rude when he said this. I asked why, he said because they were behind.” I wanted to know why they hadn’t called to let me know, since I was coming from two hours away. He said “ because we have to many people we would have to call, also rude and condescending as he answered me. I asked if they were going to fix the camera bracket on my car, He replied “ It will
take me an hour to just do the paperwork required to do a recall. I asked will it get done today? He replied “ probably not, we will have to order parts. I also asked if there would be a charge for the RECALL, he said “depends on if you broke it. At that point I wanted to take my car anywhere else, but there. He told me I could, but their synthetic oil was not as good as Keifers. That’s a scare tactic if you ask me. At that point I was not going to allow them to touch my car, which is just over a year old and was bought at this dealership. As I was leaving I decided to talk to a manager about how I was treated. Derek calmed me down and said he would figure out what was going on. He nicely took care of getting my car into the shop, called the Lift services which took me where ever I wanted to go and it also took me back to the dealership. My car was done by 5:30 and the recall on my camera was fixed. Even though Derek tried to make it right and did calm me down, I will Not bring my car back there for any service, unless it’s a RECALL, and even then I would take it to another Kia dealership.

Neil and Tony, the two salesmen we worked with while looking over the new vehicle, we’re friendly, helpful and courteous as the allowed us to drive, and ask questions about the vehicle.
After completing the paperwork, Tony took us out and explained the heads-up display and allowed us to ask as many questions as we felt we needed to.
Fact is, the whole staff that we worked with were great. I will recommend Keifer KIA if I know of anyone looking to purchase a new KIA.

Great experience! Robert was the best salesman I have ever dealt with. Truly a stand up salesman would work with him again in a heartbeat! True to his word and never pushed anything. Robert put our needs first and worked with us without being sleazy like other car salesman I have dealt with. Best car buying experience ever.

I recommend Kiefer Kia in Eugene for a smooth and easy buying experience. I was in the market for a used vehicle, saw one that might fit my requirements on the website, and called ahead to see if it was available. Cymon Tisdale (excellent sales rep!) took my call and made sure all of my questions were thoroughly answered over the next couple days - including standing outside in the hot sun with me while I inspected the entire vehicle once I got on the lot. Once I knew I was ready to buy, Cymon made sure to have the paperwork in order with his colleague in the business office and I was in and out in less than an hour. Great experience overall, excellent communication and professionalism from all the staff, and will definitely be the first place I look for a car when I am in the market again.
