We recently purchased a new Mazda from Kiefer in Eugene, and the experience was excellent. We worked with Travis, the sales manager, along with Ryan and Josiah. They communicated seamlessly, supported us throughout the process, and were knowledgeable, personable, and efficient.
There was a small hiccup in the initial order, which was completely outside their control. They quickly got everything back on track and went to bat for us to get the car with the specifications we wanted. It was a completely different experience from the stressful car-buying days of the past.
Highly recommend.
Great job to the whole team!

Sorry this post is a little overdue. I recently bought a car at Kiefer Mazda and worked with Zach and the experience was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived on that very rainy day in Eugene, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on my needs and what I was looking for in my next vehicle. I never felt pressured, everyone was transparent, and so friendly.
Zach took the time to answer all of my questions, explained every step clearly, and made the entire process stress free.
The entire team's professionalism and customer care really stood out to me.
If you are looking to buy your next new or used car, I highly recommend Zach at Kiefer Mazda. I told him he deserves 10 stars, that's how good he is!!

I didnt buy here but I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. To save you the read, I found the SAME car they were being so difficult with me on, for lower than my asking price at another Mazda dealership, NO ADD ONS, WITH perks like a year of free oil changes and a fresh tank of gas! Trust your gut! I knew I wasn’t have an enjoyable experience and felt very talked AT vs feeling heard.
Their “best and final” was not the best and final so please look at multiple dealerships first!!
I was there for over 2 hours while they appraised my car, and didn’t budge on $600 each add ons like “Pulse” and “Clear Shield”. The vehicle I was interested in had already been reduced for long lot time, but even after asking over three times to remove them they claimed they were “losing money” and wouldn’t budge. When I presented real market data and active listings for my trade-in, I was told “KBB doesn’t lie,” yet they ignored the listings I showed proving higher values, and just shook their head.
After finally agreeing to their price, they still refused to let me take the car..even though they caused us to miss the wire cutoff (I called at 10:30 am)..stating they wouldn’t have even accepted wire confirmation either so I wouldn’t have left with the car until they had the funds regardless. The sales manager (Murph) doubled down and insisted it was “Mazda policy above his head” which I know isn’t true and this other Mazda dealership even said they don’t do business that way and I would have left with it. I feel this was such a waste of time and like my knowledge and experience were non existent.
I also didn’t appreciate that Murph chose to double down on “everything they did for us” as we had decided to leave when really we were told he would have worked with us more if we financed through them? Okay so, if you get even more money from this sale THEN you’ll help us reach a fair agreement? Immediately no. He even tried to say that things that were out of our control that they had to fix took time so that’s why we were there for so long. That’s not my fault-I was very clear I’d be the only person on it, so why did you do a profile for my Fiancé.?

I would never buy from a Kiefer dealership again. We presently own a 2024 KIA Soul that we purchased new from Kiefer KIA.
They're rude and don't return phone calls. I've left a review on the Kiefer KIA website. Same old tired weak attempt at damage control with their response.
The Kiefer name lacks goodwill and doesn't deserve your trust.

Absolutely awesome place! Got a car so fast, worked within my budget and away I went. Decided later I didn’t like the car and they just straight up swapped me out for one I liked better. Everything went super smooth and the entire staff was really nice and very helpful! Thank you Cam for my amazing jeep!!!!!

A little shout out to not only the GM Chris walker for going above and beyond but thank you James in the service department for taking care of my sister in law when her car broke down. Kiefer Mazda is the best! Family friendly for sure!

Do you like to be lied to? Cheated? Gaslit? Then this is the place for you. If not, Do yourself a favor and go buy at a different dealership.

Best car buying experience you can get is with a man named Fredo who works here. Built great rapport the day prior, locked in the details. I told him if he could outsell me I would give him $100. I showed up with a book, $30 and a note. I left with a friend for life. To whichever manager reads this, you better get this guy a raise and into a finance position.
