While I absolutely love this place for their products and convenience because of the proximity to my home, this review is specifically for their employees. They are the reason this place is amazing. I want to name Alejandro that works out on the lot for his hard work and attention to high quality service; and Mark, who works at the drive through check in/out, who’s always there to provide exceptional service. There are more whose names are not known to me but these two are exemplary. They deserve some serious acknowledgment for their dedication to customer service and quality work. I sure hope their bosses pay attention to these reviews! Way to go, guys! Keep up the great work!

One unit of Hemlock blown in at my place today. The two employees listened to instructions in walk-around and did an outstanding job exactly as wanted. The cleanup with blowers and water from hose was completed as always. Great service and attention to detail.

I have been coming here for my potting soil for years. It is good quality, works well and is inexpensive for it's quality. I recently picked up cobblestones for my bird bath/fountain and they have been working well too. Just remember to bring a truck or container if you are picking up yourself.

Best place in town for large and small projects. Prices are great, good service and selection. Every DYIer needs to come here first for rock or bark needs or drop off a few limbs or yard junk.

I'm a landscaper, and I'm using all kinds of materials and companies, all the time.
Great service, super reliable, fast response, always accurate.
Every delivery driver I've had has been incredible with their machine. Farid A. did a stellar job on my last order, got it thru a tight gate and cut down on my transport time immensely. I would've eaten all my profit on that job if I'd had to have my crew move it across the lawn from the driveway. Thanks so much!

I wish I’d asked the employee who helped me his name, but alas I did not. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, and went out of his way by carrying my two full buckets of rocks to my car, and loading them. Customer Service is alive and well at Lane Forest Products?

These peeps r pretty great.. locals who actually care about the environments. This location has mostly hardscape stones and sculptures and the one on Franklin Blvd has mostly plants. All and all a great company to do business with…:)

We've used Lane Forest products for more that 20 years. But we noticed that the employees helping in the yard gravitate to the rigs with loads that are easy like brush. Meanwhile my 69 year old husband was passed by several times while he unloaded sod/dirt by himself. It doesn't mean we won't use Lane. It does however, say a lot about your younger yard workers that stand by and do nothing waiting for an easy load.

Great products, even better staff. Been using lane forest for 20+ years.. they never fail to provide great service. The bark with volcanic cinder is excellent for keeping fleas away.. haven't had a problem since started using this product.

for a successful coompany to charge the community to dispose of tree limbs after a major storm makes me sick! so you charge for the limbs turn it to chips and then charge for those after a awful storm here in Oregon !!!! Shame on you and the greed you have !

We've had Lane Forest Products blow bark into our yard several times now, and each time the team sent has been fantastic. They are quick, clean and polite. They've always made a point of making sure we're happy with the job before leaving. They're pretty reasonably priced and easy to get scheduled.One year, one of the guys went above and beyond, helping me with a small tree I wanted to get planted before they put the bark down, and he went out of his way to lend a hand. I email the company to thank them for the service and was very pleased to hear that their employee got "employee of the month" as a result. It's nice to know a company passes on praise to their employees!
