This is by far the worst product I’ve ever seen. I clean gutters for residential homes to help out my 65+ community, and without fail they always cause water damage to the ends of the roof. They don’t allow the water to flow into the gutters!! This company has installed the gutter guards here, and it is horrible!

This is the worst company I have told no but they stil continuely call me every day multiple times. I get calls starting at 7 in the morning till 5 in the evening they are making me scared to answer my phone they are monsters.

This is the worst co. Out there. Once they have your money they forget about you. They have leaked since they put them in. The inspector they have sent say it was put on wrong and needs to be redone but they won't do it. So our foundation and pourch is getting ruined. They don't care. Now its been a year they want to charge us. They haven't fixed it right in the first place. Now they just ignore us. So I'm going to have to take them down and put some up myself. I had leaf filter installed on my house and was surprised that in heavy rain some of the water coming from the steep valley's overflowed the gutters. I called customer service, and they recommended radical 90 degree inside corners which are wider than the standard 90s. Outstanding solution and my issue was resolved, great customer service I must say.Kind Regards,Dana Winitzky

I use Leaf Filter at my home and they have been very responsive where I had an issue with a gutter that was installed by one of their contractors. They came back out to remedy a water flow problem and the technician was quick and knowledgable. So far, no further issues.

My distinct impression of this business is that they should invest less in marketing and more in developing a strong stable of employees--or at least a strong stable of reliable contractors--who have genuine expertise in installation of the product they sell. The product itself has been fine. But it took four service calls for re-installation before they finally sent out a contractor who could actually install the product correctly. That's time I didn't want to spend thinking about gutters or re-arranging my schedule that I can't get back.

I've been wanting to get leaf Filter on my house ever since I saw the add. I checked out the other companies and the response I received was not favorable. The quality is excellent, value is great and the professionalism, response time and being on time was a perfect time. They fit my schedule perfectly.
