I went to LensCrafters in the mall and got my glasses readjusted. They slid down my nose and were dirty most of the time. Veronica was very friendly and saw the problem right away. She was able to adjust them closer to my eyebrows and a bit further from my face. They fit very nicely as soon as I put them on. today (the next day) they're still as wonderful as they fit perfectly. No more dirty lenses.

Veronica (the Manager) was so pleasant and helpful on adjusting our glasses, and even adding silicon padded bridge pads. Do to an issue (not of their making), the pad came off. Instead of getting grumpy, Veronica went the extra time and effort to find a screw for the pad, installed it and insured that it was secure.
The store was very neat, clean and appealing in appearance, and was very welcoming for our visit.
Overall, quite a good experience on our visit.

Jayda was so so helpful!! She fitted a pair of glasses for me that I wasn’t previously able to wear, and now I can!! She is patient, kind and knowledgeable! Thank you Jayda!

I came in to get my prescription sunglasses fixed. They are Oakley as they carry but I did not buy them at LensCrafters. I came from another state. Tichelle was amazing she helped me right away and fixed them for free. Did I mention fast. She and this place rocks.

Our experience was wonderful. They were very patient with the fact that our doctor never faxed the prescription for over an hour. Still kept up the lightness. Lucky was great at adjusting my glasses so that I would have a tighter fit. Kameron was very, very patient and a very nice young man. We appreciated all of his help. As usual, we will be back for our next change in prescription.

The staff of Lensecrafters are amazing - the optometrist are not great. They withheld my glasses prescription for months, also they said I most likely had a degenerative rental disease that he himself couldn’t diagnose.
They would not give me my personal property (my prescription) until I went through months of testing at an ophthalmologist.
After the months of testing I received my prescription via email that expired before I had time to open it.
Nearly a year later I do not have glasses or my prescription. The staff at lensecrafters are wonderful but do not see the optometrists there. Go to Americas best instead.

I came in to figure out insurance and a weekend aphrodisiac. I was helped by Jayda. She helped me schedule and find some potential frames. Would definitely recommend if you need a weekend appointment.
