They did decent job changing my tires. However they did not call the number I left when I drop my vehicle off to tell me it was done. I also told them to lock the vehicle when they were done and they didnt. When i came back i saw they had parked my vehicle outside the lot. As I was pulling out I also was a lady moving threw the parking lot pulling on car handles to try and break into them. So, my overall experience was that they need to work on service standards and customer service requests.

Do not get a brake service at Les Schwab. They are “required” to replace the calipers along with rotors and pads to honor their warranty policy, even if the calipers are in perfect working condition, which seems like a corporation policy and not individual locations. At least for my car, this is a $300 upcharge for just the rear brakes.
However, I was also waiting in their lobby for nearly 7.5 hours despite being quoted a 2 hour wait for the brake check (actually took 3.5 hours) and a 1.5 hour wait for the brake service itself (took 4 hours). I arrived at the shop at 11, approved the back brakes service at 2:30, and my car was finally lifted to be serviced at 5 pm. I wasn’t able to leave until 30 minutes past closing. It is beyond unacceptable for that much of a delay, especially when I was quoted less than half the time and was never notified that it was going to take longer. Needless to say I will not be taking my car to this location for future services, but I highly recommend the manager review how their staff is estimating wait times and provide updates to waiting customers if there is unexpected delays.

This was my first time in this Les Schwab location and it far exceeded my expectations. The customer service was some of the best I’ve experienced. They will definitely have a return/repeat customer in the future.

I took my car in on Tuesday the 20th for a new battery, fixing a slow leak on one tire, and a cracked valve stem on another tire. When I got my car back that day, I was told I needed to go to another Les Schwab for the relearning process because the tool at their location wasn't working. When I started my car, the TPMS warning light came on and it started beeping at me every few seconds, and didn't stop. I got the relearning done at another Les Schwab and they told me it should take 20 minutes or 20 miles for the beeping to stop and the TPMS light to go off. I went about the test of my day, driving around with it beeping at me the entire time. Long after 20 miles/20 minutes, it was still beeping. I took it back on Wednesday the 21st and they could do anything except tell me to drive it at 50+mph for at least 10 minutes, and that should make the beeping stop. I drove to Creswell and back with it beeping the whole time and ended up with a migraine because nothing could cover up the beeping. It is torture driving with that constant, loud noise. I also had to delay my trip to Portland and miss a concert I paid good money for, because of all of this. I took it back in on Thursday the 22nd, told them I was going to be borrowing a friend's car for the rest of my Portland trip, and gave them my friend's name and number to call when it was ready, since I was going out of town. I got back on Sunday the 25th and there had been no word about my car.
I called again on Monday the 26th and was told by Keith that they had tried everything they could and nothing was working. They thought something was wrong with the ECU and that it needed to go in to the dealership. Keith assured me that they would take it to the dealership and take care of everything for me, at their expense. He just needed to call his manager, who was out that day, to confirm the next step. A few minutes later, Keith called me back and said thatactually, I needed to take my car to the dealership and that they couldn't do anything else. I took a while to consider my options, then called back and spoke with JR. I told him I didn't feel comfortable taking possession of my car, that they messed something up on, before it was completely fixed. I asked them to take it to the dealership like they originally said they would. Today is Friday the 30th and I hadn't heard anything back all week.
I just got off the phone with JR again and he said that their manager Dave had been off all week and would be back Tuesday, so I needed to call back to speak with him then. I've had to borrow two cars from friends and family for this time, and now I'm finding out that Les Schwab has been sitting on my car since Monday, not doing anything to fix what they messed up. Even if I can speak with Dave on Tuesday the 3rd, I'll still have to wait for my car to go to the dealer and back before I can drive it again.
Les Schwab returned my car in worse shape than when I dropped it off for simple repairs and now they're dragging their feet to correct it. They've had my car for over a week and I have no choice but to wait and see if they'll do the right thing on Tuesday. I will never use their services again, and neither will my friends and family who have graciously been letting me borrow their cars.

I couldn't even venture a guess of how many sets of Les Schwab tires. I have boughten in my lifetime... I'm 66 and the Lord willing. I'll be buying many, many more sets! Their customer service is far superior over the top! Quality confidence, peace of mind.

Love their flat tire guarantee. Always pleasant, inspects your car each visit, and makes an optional repair list for your future visits.

I would have given 5 stars but...
I don't understand why it took over 3 hours ? to get 4 new tires put on. I wish they would have told me it could take that long. I could have gotten a ride and came back later.
Glad they had ac and tv. I watched Let's Make A Deal, Dr Phil, Jeperdy and the news. I was wishing they had a couch or easy chair. My bad back was screaming at me by the time I left.
I had stopped in without an appointment but they said to come back 2 hours later and they'd be able to help me out. The staff was incredibly nice.
They fixed my problem of my truck shaking when I get to 60 mph or over, the steering lost the play it used to have and I'm more confident on the road now.
I would reccomend them but warn someone to ask about the length of time it will take.

WARNING ⚠️ ⚠️ If you do not have the money or a easily found tire dont go to them. They will put you in a position where you won't be able to drive your car away. Literally drove in on a tire and they now have me on a spare that isn't properly installed. They are nice but no longer as helpful as in the past.
My lawyer said as soon as I gave them authority to inspect the tire that they could literally say anything and do anything. Will take my needs elsewhere.
