Kudos to the fantastic crew that repaired my SUV tire with a screw I could see in it…. Bonus: NO COST🤗! Was not expecting a free service!
This store consistently has the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time….once my SUV was dropped off by the tow truck, within approx 40 minutes, they called to say it’s ready! Literally had to wait 3x longer for the tow truck to get the SUV. Thanks East Eugene Les Schwab… you are winning.

They replaced a bent wheel I’ve been driving on for about 2 years (plus a subsequently slashed tire) for only $300 total. Completed in slightly over an hour on a late afternoon Friday. I couldn’t be more grateful.

I was able to get an appointment for a flat tire the same day, they were very fast and did a complimentary repair! The next time I need new tires I will be going to them first!

Fantastic folks. Always super transparent about their pricing and provide great service. Never overcharge or push unnecessary work. Friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this location, but have received a similar caliber of service at every Les Schwab.

Even during a busy day, the Les Schwab employees (on West 18th) valued my business. They were respectful, helpful, and all-around amazing! My walk-in situation was for a free battery check (so they didn't make money that day) but they still got a customer for life 💙 If I ever need a battery or tire replacement, Les Schwab is where I'll be going from here on out!
