If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Ordered a hat 2 weeks before Christmas and was told it would be ready before the holiday, it wasn't.I called after Christmas and was told the machine is broken "it will be ready next week" now they aren't getting the machine fixed and this is the second time I've ordered a hat and had the same excuse used!Don't do business with these guys.

Sign on door says Lunch, be back soon. Been waiting for over an hour… I live over an hour away and am trying toExchange a gift. Also have watched about 20 patrons walk up to the door since I have been sitting here and turned away… not any way to run a business, especially in the mall. If you are going to have a lunch break with the store closed, should not be more than 30 minutes, especially not over an hour and 15 minutes…

My husband and son were in heaven. Lots of different kinds of hats to choose room. The manager there was very nice helpful and pleasant. We will definitely be going back. If you want a good quality hat go here.

Went there this morning to get some extra MLB hats for our little league teams and the manager and store clerk were so busy talking about there displays and products they wouldn’t acknowledge me whatsoever and I was literally the only person in there. I walked out of there after like 5 mins of waiting and trying to make eye contact with them and went two doors down to Proimage Sports and spent our $$$ there. Definitely felt like the the two men working just thought I was some clueless lady and didn’t want to help me when in reality I was there to spend hundreds of dollars. Definitely won’t go back there when we need extra stuff. Terrible customer service.

We got there at 2pm today and the 2 gals working couldn’t answer a question about size for her fitting then she said she’d go look in the back for a smaller size and instead saw her friends and started talking to them instead of checking on a hat we had then proceeded to not help us when we asked for help from another girl she said she was busy and went to the other register just to hop on her phone…we had to use the letters are self and help our self which is against company policy. Literally the worse customer service ever.
