The dealership and their staff were awesome from my first conversation with David all the way through the paperwork with Robert the transaction was completely smooth and Seamless. I woke up on Saturday morning decided exactly what I wanted To buy so I called the dealership and David picked up and six hours later I now own a beautiful 2023 Gladiator Rubicon 4 by 4 edition which I absolutely love on every level.

I bought a car from them spring of 2023. My cars trunk quit working a week after buying and the ford company was booked out for my warranty and I talked to multiple people and no one got back to me about extending my warranty. So never got my trunk fixed (the liftgate). On top of that I went to get my oil changed and the Lithia in my location told me my tires are separating and they were shocked that they sold me this car with the tires in this bad of shape. And let me add this is a newer car that I paid a lot of money for. I am not one to write a bad review but the amount of money I’ve had to spend on a car I just bought is outrageous and they didn’t do anything to fix it. I highly recommend any ladies to go shopping with someone who knows a lot about cars cause they really screwed me over. But I wouldn’t recommend shopping here

Don’t do it. Don’t take your vehicle here for repairs. They’re AAA preferred you say? AAA has OBVIOUSLY never dealt with these people. (Which isn’t surprising considering this service department doesn’t answer the phone!) Here’s what happened; my daughters car died while she was away from home and in Eugene. AAA came to help her and recommended this dealership because she owns a jeep and they were preferred. Not knowing what was to come… she agreed and left her car there. This was a Monday…. They told her it would take a bit to get it looked at but that they would get to it by Friday. Despite calling them on Friday (and leaving multiple messages) we received no communication until the following Monday afternoon. They let us know that a part needed to be replaced and we were looking at a $2400 fix. We cringed but decided to move forward with the fix. Fast forward to the following Friday morning, (yes almost two weeks after dropping it off) they call and let us know that the vehicle is still not starting after replacing the bad part and they think it could be another issue… and are wanting to charge another $1500. They said they could not tell us what was wrong exactly because they weren’t sure but that something MIGHT have fried the part they replaced and this other part. When we tried to call them back for more information, they would not answer the phone. We had to make a 45 minute trip to the dealership to talk to them. Once in front of them, we were told the vehicle had not had any parts replaced because the part had not come in yet. Then we were told the part did get installed but it did not fix the problem. We let them know that we were taking the vehicle to another mechanic closer to home and we were happy to pay for what had already been done but we wanted the original part back. Upon inspection of the original part… it’s fine. Nothing is melted, charred or otherwise damaged. When we finally read the notes on the invoice, it plainly states that they were unsure if the part they replaced was bad but because this part is commonly the problem, they just replaced it anyway for $2400. When that didn’t work, they recommended replacing the other part for another $1500. What burns me is; one, that we’ve had zero communication until we physically came into the dealership to inquire what was happening. Two, they admittedly did not know what was wrong with the vehicle and replaced a part that likely didn’t need to be replaced and three, the overall shadiness of the interactions we had with them. There is a reason people are distrustful of mechanics and this place is point in case. We are taking the vehicle somewhere else to figure out what’s actually wrong with it. I’ll tell you this though… don’t dismiss the bad reviews. These aren’t just unhappy customers. They’re people who have been, or could be, hurt by the negligence of this place. Beware.

Took my car in to get a routine oil change- was told because there was a light on my dashboard they couldn't do the oil change then- ok understandable. So they then schedule me for a oil change and to check what the light issue was for the next day. I go in for this scheduled appointment the following day and then I'm told that they again couldn't do the oil change because my appointment is ONLY for the oil change and not to check the light. I try to explain to them that the reason I have the SCHEDULED appointment was to do both the oil change and to check the light . The worker then proceeds to do the oil change but says I have to schedule another appointment to have the light checked out. I just think it's a little inconvenient that at this point I had to go to a total of 3 separate appointments to deal with the 2 issues I originally had and not to mention the rude attitude I received from the worker .

Purchased a new Charger on Sept 20, 2023.We worked the car deal via phone and email as I am 3.5 hours away from the dealership. When we arrived the car was upfront ready for showing. Rodrigo was great about explaining a few of the questions I had about the car, what he didn't know he had a service person come out to show me.There was 1 problem with the car that they said they would resolve and they followed through as promised. The sale went fine without any surprises. This is my 2nd Lithia purchase and I would do business with them again.

We worked with James Brown, in sales, on the purchase of our newest Jeep. James was always very polite and not pushy. He made buying and delivery process go very smoothly. After the sale he made himself available and quickly responded to all our questions. We really want to thank James for the great sales experience.

I financed my first car buying a truck here. I didn't have the best credit and had to jump through several hoops to get the result I desired. They were super patient with me. I had a cosigner from out of state and their assistance was superior. Thanks again to Royce and Barrick. You were super patient with me. I had a great first experience considering.

Found a Jeep through a friend that was trading it in, did my research made an offer, offer was accepted. Literally sitting at the desk with the keys to the Jeep in my pocket holding my phone with the loan approval number from my bank.Salesman came back and said there was a problem. That somebody else had just offered full price which was $3,000 basically more than what we agreed on.I thought it was in the process of buying a vehicle..... Now I had to pay $3,000 more for something that I can find left and right on the street for 12,000.. not to mention I was in the process of buying it literally. I hope they enjoy their Jeep.Because that bullshit move cost you two customers. Some customer service. Once you make a deal with somebody you should honor it. A hand shakes a handshake in my world.

Simply put, expensive and no attention to detail. Not only was a key problem ignored with no communication to me, there were grease smudges all over the inside the vehicle. If you have an option, go somewhere else.I want to start with the positive things I experienced. I came in on a Monday morning without an appointment and there was a sizable line of customers waiting. The service team promptly got through this long line of customers while staying friendly and patient. I dealt with two shuttle drivers with both being quite pleasant. The waiting area was nicely setup with plenty of room for a number of folks to comfortably wait. Unfortunately, this is the end of the positives.I came in with two issues 1) engine squealing when under load or quickly accelerating & 2) AC blowing hot. I clearly stated the AC would be nice to resolve, but the crucial issue was the squealing. I was on an extended trip towing a trailer and didn't want to risk breaking down in a remote area. After an extended call with Nikki, I was told the issues had been found and it would be almost $2,600 to resolve. More than I was hoping for, but to have a safe vehicle as well as working AC I approved it. When I come to pick up the vehicle, I am asked to pay as Nikki was too busy to discuss the work. Upon reviewing the paperwork, I see a note that the squealing was not replicated so nothing was done - not what I was led to believe when I approved the work. I noted my frustration that I was not told the problem could not be duplicated as I could have easily provided info to do so and/or come in to demonstrate. I was literally shrugged off. With little choice, I paid and as I drove off the lot the engine was squealing.I have used a lot of dealerships for service over the years and most charge a diagnostic/evaluation fee but if you perform the service it is waived. Not Lithia Eugene, be ready for at least $200 for the privilege of paying them to work on your vehicle. The tech working on my vehicle left grease smudges all over the handles, steering wheel and console. Even smudged the headliner which I have been unable to clean off. I know working on a vehicle is dirty but expect to get my vehicle back no worse off than when I brought it in. Despite my truck being a little older, it is in great shape and the interior is kept clean and expect the service team to respect that. All in all, I do not recommend using Lithia Eugene. They are more focused on getting your money than actually taking care of their customers.

Sales associate was not pushy in any way. The whole experience went smoothly. Also the Sales associate called a few days later to make sure the vehicle purchased was working out well for me and to let me know if I had any questions I could contact him anytime Even if jusy to show me on how to work the touch screen gadgets. Will definitely come back.

They are super helpful and extremely attentive…until you hand over the money. My sales guy returned my texts and calls super fast when I was deciding to buy. He was friendly and seemed to go above and beyond. Once I bought the car, he completely ignored my phone calls and texts. Now a year later, I’ve been trying to contact the dealership with a question and no one returned my text message, my voicemail, etc. The sales team needs a deep dive in following through with customer service.

I bought my first car from here in February and had a wonderful experience with Dakota Griesel and his college, Brian Fisher. The process was quick and easy and efficient. Both these gentlemen were polite and welcoming and very knowledgeable, answered all my questions. It’s now been 7 months and I have a wonderful reliable car thanks to, Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Eugene. And I’m happy to be part of the doge fam. Excellent business.

Brought my Jeep in for a required, proprietary computer "flash" . When the Jeep was completed and returned to me, I was informed that my front differential fluid needs changing, spark plugs need changing, oil service is due, coolant needs flushed, etc, etc, etc. My regular provider has an appointment to do all this in a couple of weeks. The issue?? Pretty sure there is no computer in the front differential or under the spark plugs - why open them? What else were you into, and are you VERY certain that you have it reinstalled correctly!! I find this invasive. I find nothing on the agreed work order that gives permission to open, remove or otherwise look for "potential issues".I want to believe that the intent is to provide the best possible service for the vehicle and driver - but ASK FIRST.

Bought a jeep renegade from these people- several issues but biggest is they put new brake pads on old scraped rotors instead of doing the correct repair job - no one would know until the scraping sound- on one side only - started. Do not trust these people.

My experience was with the service dept. for a routine oil change. After the oil change was completed I was shocked to see 5 different potential repairs identified by the mechanic. The problem is I just had the brake fluid changed and a radiator flush by my local mechanic on 5 months prior. I also Just filled my Window washer fluid the previous week! I can't remember the the other things he identified but they weren't needed either. So Beware!!!
