We live on the coast and can get all our home improvement supplies in one place at the Corvallis Lowes. Bathroom floor and hallway installed in a couple days for upgrade. Will purchase trim board thresholds on next trip to finish the diy projects.

I got curbside service from online shopping. I tried to tip but the young man said he couldn't accept it. Too bad , it was great service.

Customer service is dead.
Employees don't know where product is located. Ask three different floor people where an item is and get five different locations to check.
One saleareap was explaining to another gu3st service that they have no flexible copper tubing for gas....
But I'm holding the copper pipe In My hand...
Floorpersonel leaves. Explanation of giving out false information because he too lazy to walk and look.

Zen and Kendra at the return desk were super unhelpful and rude and snippy. I only went here because they were open when Jerry’s and Home Depot were closed. My employees always wanted to go to a different store even when our job were close to Lowe’s. I told them to take as much drive time as they need to go anywhere else from now on. Not worth the hassle

their plant and veggie section is incredibly dry and underwatered. this was brought up to an worker (Londa) who proceeded to tell us to water the plants OURSELVES and get a hose. incredibly disappointed with her rude behavior and lack of care for the department of the job she's in. I know I was not the only customer upset with this. why sell uncared for plants??♀️
