Been going here because of all the unique stuff, but the prices are so high, and the customer service is very very poor if I could give zero stars in that aspect I would. Constant dirty looks , laughing with other coworkers about customers, etc. I think some owners forget the customers are what keep them going.

My husband and I drove up from Southern Oregon to stay the night, enjoy dinner at Sabai and pick up those amazing dark chocolate dipped cookies at Cafe Yumm. We peeked in at Luxe and I was horrified by how we were treated. The skinny, dark haired middle aged employee followed us around her store. She hovered.I shop in Ashland and Jacksonville and I’m never treated this way. This shop has nothing special… nothing that you can’t find elsewhere. Do not bother with this store.

This store has some adorable and great things, but have you ever employed one friendly person? I'm sure your store would do much better if those that worked there were able to be nice to customers. Extremely rude for years now. It's too bad because it's a beautiful store!
