I wish they would care more about client satisfaction.
After we purchased the parts for the repairs and asked her to make two separate invoices for the labor “Annie” stated to say” I was waisting her time & at that point I wasn’t making her any money”. Very sad to think this is the quality of services offered here.
We went to Blue Diamond Auto & they did splendid! For half of the amount and the business owner was genuine and kind!

In all of the years living here and being a business owner my self, never had I met an office staff so disregarded, disrespectful and unbothered to offer the best professional services! My daughter brought in her vehicle to get it repaired after a small collision. After wanting to charge her $3500 to repair and cutting her off every time she asked a question and getting annoyed with her for not understanding I realized, there are many more shops around that are local, friendly and willing to elaborate on their best opinions!
If you’re reading this )buyer beware! NOT ALL SHOPS are in your best interest. This was truly an unfortunate event. Really need to work on hiring a different office desk person.

Took my car in on the appointed day and was told it would take four work days. I called on the fifth work day and was told it wouldn't be ready until the next week. They hadn't even started it yet. I did not get a rental car as I felt I could do without for a week but now we are talking 2 weeks. The job done was excellent. Car was cleaned inside and out. 5 stars for a job well done less one star for lack of communication.

Brought my '22 Forester in for post-accident repairs. M & G kept me updated during the week they had my vehicle, and returned the car on the promised timeline. The outside looks great, but WOW, the inside is as clean and beautiful as the day I drove it off the lot--which is not how I dropped it off! Angie & the M & G team turned a perviously stressful experience into a very painless one.

Paint run dried in on section of repair m&g performed. They stated they were repairing to pre-accident condition. They did not. There is still unrepaired damage on my vehicle. But hey at least they made themselves $20,000 off of me and my insurance co. When I started asking questions, the rep (Robert) complimented my shoes, instead of addressing any of my specific questions. I’m addressing the matter with my insurance company. 100% do not recommend.
