i walk into the second floor and a lady with white hair was watching me and my friend when we didn’t do anything. then she grabbed her walkie talkie and said “ yeah i see them”. then later when me and my friend were walking down the escalator she was watching us go down.

This review is only in regards to the make-up department.
I received an excellent makeover from Tu on June 6th.
Her skill with not only applying makeup, but telling/showing you how to apply product, what colors work best, and skincare knowledge was very helpful. I also really appreciate the care that was taken to prevent any sort of cross-contamination in the products and tools used.
My skin and face looked so good, and the color of my eyes popped so much that I received compliments throughout the rest of the day.
My skin has changed a lot over the past couple of years, and I just needed help.
She listened to my concerns, is extremely knowledgeable, and kind.
Her customer service was phenomenal and I will definitely be coming back to her.

I had the best Customer Service from Madison at the Customer Service counter at Macy’s in Eugene, OR and today was her Birthday! Macy’s buy her a cake and celebrate her Birthday. Cheers

I haven't shopped at Macy's for a while but I got a gift card for christmas and thought I'd use it. The card would not process on any of 3 terminals in the store. The clerk helping me was pleasant and even wrote down the online item #'s to see if the card would work online. It didn't work and the 2 people I spoke with weren't very helpful or pleasant. I told my friend about the experience and suggested not buying these gift cards in the future. I think they are a scam for the companies to get money. I wouldn't be shopping any Macy's again.

The store is old, outdated and kind of run down. Although they have a lot of merchandise it all seems geared to the retirement crowd.
