I have had the pleasure of working with Managed Healthcare Pharmacy for the past 19 years through my roles at a local residential care facility. I have had the opportunity to work very closely with at lot of the staff members there. I can't say enough great things about Randy and his team. They have always been professional, reliable, accurate, helpful and so quick at getting our facility the medications our residents need. I would recommend them over and over again for all your pharmacy needs.

always when I need help and call customer service I end up laughing with their customer service employees, and get what I need without delay or transfer me from one phone to another. Good Job keep it up. Managed is not just a name, but it is really managed.

Managed Healthcare has been amazing to partner with! We are a non-profit that runs 24 hour residential group homes for adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We support approximately 140 individuals and have multiple homes throughout the state of Oregon and the service is consistently outstanding! We have been with Managed Healthcare for about 3 years and by far they have been the easiest and most reputable pharmacy to work with.

Service is overall very good. There have been a few hiccups along the way requiring extra followup phone calls. Communication and service are miles above other vendors used. Theresa is such a great resource for our company site, very accommodating and professional and always asks how I am doing like we've known each other for years. This type of interaction reminds me of the Mom and Pop businesses from long ago past that are just not found anymore. Customer service truly sets Managed Healthcare Pharmacy a part of the rest.

Only issue I have is when requesting a replacement medication they do not notify me that they are waiting for the doctor's approval. I think they are doing nothing when it's the doctors dragging their feet. They always come through and after I notify them we are waiting, then they tell me whats is going on. Otherwise they are on time, correct medication. No complaints.

The customer service at Managed Healthcare Pharmacy is the best I have experienced in my 20+ years in healthcare. Their team always goes above and beyond, not only with medication delivery, but also training, support, and coordination with providers. They worked with our team to provide pharmacy service support in remote areas of OR that were not being properly serviced by another vendor. I have worked with them on multiple projects over multiple facilities and they always provide the best service & support. Their nursing audits are comprehensive and patient-specific, which is a huge benefit to facilities by providing additional clinical support and patient oversight. Their team was crucial in implementing and supporting electronic medical record usage across multiple facilities, and they have worked with us with more than one digital platform and also paper processes. Their team will always find a way to take care of their clients.

BEST PHARMACY IN OREGON! We have worked with many different pharmacies and Managed HealthCare Pharmacy is the best pharmacy we've ever worked with. There are never any mistakes and the deliveries are always on time. In one or two deliveries, you got what you need for the rest of the month. They actually follow up and care about the clients medications. They go above and beyond with their work and accuracy. Previously, it was always stressful not getting the right medications on time and getting deliveries every day of the month!! We used to receive one medication at a time and it was a nightmare. Now we can do our work calmly without worrying about medications coming or not. We are glad that we made the switch to Managed Healthcare Pharmacy because they have made our life easier and better.
