Laurel was so great helping me understand the differences between the beds that most closely met my needs, I have a lot of pain in my back and hips and tossing all night. There was no pressure or up sale just genuine care and knowledge of the different brands and types of beds. I chose a TEMPUR ProAdapt 12” Medium Hybrid. Just waiting for it to be delivered. Ben is awesome, give that man a raise!! I'm moving to town from out of state with some logistical complications that he was able to easily simplify for me. I had been flip floppy and anxious about finding a bed and frame and getting it to my new place etc. As soon as I talked with Ben I felt solid. I made a decision and called back 20 minutes later and now I won't be sleeping on the floor my first night in town! Thank you!!!!

We were very pleased with our experience at mattress firm. We spoke to Ben. Lorente at your Eugene location. We told him what we were looking for and he recommended two different mattresses. He was very courteous and helpful. We ended up buying two mattresses one for our home and one to put in our motorhome. The new mattress is like sleeping on a cloud. Thank you.
