I went into metro last Saturday and was gonna port my number over from cricket. They had one iphone 13 for $50 & $65 for monthly service So $105 out the door with a 50 dollar rebate in 3 months. All I needed was my account number & tracking number. My cricket phone is shattered completely so I couldn't just press 611 and get my tracking number easily. I called cricket customer service and they said it would take up to 2 days to get the tracking number. I got the account number immediately though. I asked them if they would hold the phone for me I told them it would be up to 48 hours before I can get that tracking number. Monday 6:00 they call and finally give me the tracking number I call T-Mobile and ask them to hold the phone for another day and that I would be in to pick it up in the morning they gave the phone away that morning to another paying customer who has the money right then and there. I would have prepaid had I known the phone was going to be taken out from underneath me when I put it on hold and kept in great communication with them. They only had one iPhone 13 they promised me the phone was mine. So when I go back in there they told me they have an iPhone 14 for $100 with no rebate I think I should get some kind of discount since they didn't honor what they said in the first place. It just doesn't seem fair that they didn't keep their word. I brought exactly $105 with me yesterday to pick up the phone and now I'm going back in with $50 more because I couldn't get it yesterday I wonder if the phone will actually be there today I just really feel dissatisfied with what happened I was very excited to get that phone and what's the use of putting something on hold if it's just going to be taken out from underneath of you.

Thanking Rob for the Huge Help in getting me setup with a newer phone, switching my home internet and assisting my friend with Better service than her previous carrier, and she saved Alot in the switch over.

Customer service lacks,Trenton. Always nickel and diming the customer. Metro was decent 10 years ago. Now it's the same as the others.

Sometimes you'll be in and out, other times, stand or wait in line... They do have chairs. I switched, as they limited my opinion to upgrade plan.
