I have found my permanent stylist here in Eugene! Mindy listened to what I wanted, looked at the photos, and gave her input. To say I was happy is an understatement. She is very reasonably priced. I will definitely be back.

This person butchered my hair. Sad, because the first cut from her was fantastic. I'm not sure what happened the second time/third times but I was there at the end of the day, right before she was going on vacation, so maybe she was distracted. I had long hair and wanted layers and she gave me a rushed cut that was subpar, but it was too late to fix so I went back for a free touch up after she returned from her time away. I started to notice big chunks of hair falling to the floor and I asked her if she knew what she was doing. When she stepped away, and I could see the mirror, I noticed that one side of my hair was way too short and it looked choppy. She asked if I wanted her to make the other side match and I said no way. I left, but later returned and demanded my money back from the first mess up, which she gave me without question. I had to pay someone else to fix it. It seriously felt deliberate.

I needed to fix a haircut I wasn’t thrilled with (done by someone else). I’d never been here before, she called back very quickly and fit me in the next day! Did exactly what I wanted and it looks fantastic. Talked with me and listened to what I had to say and how I like my hair! Completely saved me!!

I met Mindy a few days ago after a friend referred me to her. Immediately upon entering her salon, I felt very warm and welcomed by her. I tried to give a description of what I wanted done with a cut, color and highlights. I was skeptical as I've tried to explain what I've been looking for to many different hairdressers, but the result has never been quite what I wanted. She listened carefully, then used her talent and experience to give me exactly what I wanted. I left her salon feeling beautiful.
She really is a lovely person. I look forward to having her as my new hair therapist ?

I have been going to Mindy for 2 yrs. I found out about her on Next Door where she had many favorable recommendations. Her prices are reasonable and she gives a good cut. The salon is conveniently located and has free parking.

I was looking for a good hair stylist in Eugene to cut and color my hair. My hair is gray, white and ugly blah, never had it colored! I wanted to head into my 70's with a vibrant new look. I saw a review on NextDoor which said that Mindy at Mindy's Total Hair Care is the BEST! They were right, not only did I get a perfect hair cut but the bronze color she applied blew me away! Not only did I get the vibrant look I wanted, but I also got a hair stylist I can trust and will continue to use. Loving my new look! Thank you Mindy

She went about 8 inches shorter than I wanted. I showed her my "shortest" final length and that's where she made the initial chop.
After 2 weeks of putting my hair up every day, it did grow on me some. I'll admit it was fun to change things up and try a new style out. But that wasn't what I asked for.
I wish Mindy all the best and I think she's very skilled at what she does. Just make sure to be really clear about what you want.
