Asolutely terrible service I’d advise people not to even give a business their money when the staff act like children and treat people with no respect like that. My fiance had an appointment we scheduled an when we show up not only is their 2 people in the seats we scheduled but he decided to laugh and smile with the customers in her seat while being extremely disrespectful saying we can “wait 20 minutes and we’ll be okay with waiting” I call back after explaining it’s unprofessional to act like that and not even give someone a call to explain their running late. During the conversation I told him since theirs an inconvenience on their end do we get a discount for the time we sit during our scheduled time frame he laughs tell me I can’t speak to a manager they don’t give that number out an says we can’t come in then hangs up. Horrible staff. PS at least 1 nail falls off an has to be glued back on or they file the nail too short heard lots of dif stories from multiple people getting their nails done there.. Go somewhere else I promise 😂

I had called at 1 PM an scheduled an appointment for 6 PM. I walked in on the dot and they told me 20 minutes. I walked out and called back five minutes later and they told me I couldn’t get them done now. On top of it he pretended we couldn’t talk to the boss but I know he is the owner and his name is Henry.

Went for my first ever pedicure to treat myself. Staff was very rude, in a rush, and snapped at me several times. I would not recommend.

Nails did not last one broke off after a week. They take their time but make it look like they are already grown out like you need a fill by the time you get home. The pedicure chairs are a little bit shorter which was nice for my grandma however

This is my first-ever set of acrylics. 60 plus 5 for the cat eye, which seems a little steep, but I don’t have anything but google to go off of. They serve Sweet Cheeks wine for $8 a very full glass, which was very much appreciated. These were done by Henry, I’m super happy with them. While not talkative, I would disregard the reviews calling him rude. He’s a perfectly cordial guy.
Edit: Stars reduced from 5 to 3, now that I've learned a thing or two. The majority of the nails ended up tearing up from the back, which was excruciating. On day one I felt pretty vulnerable after getting them; I could feel that they might tear off easily if I were to grab onto something wrong, but I believed that must be normal :') Turns out it's not! I won't be going back.

The male owner here is awful.
He is beyond rude and disrespectful.
You feel uncomfortable the minute you walk in.
My friends and family will never use this facility again.
I would suggest anywhere but here.
For those of you wondering where Jenny went she is now at Uncorked Nails by Fred Meyer.
Go see her. She's been doing my nails for over 20 years now and not once have I had a bad experience

I had a pedicure there yesterday. It was horrible. As every employee was busy during my appointment time, a young boy did my pedicure. Essentially the only thing he did was trim my toes and apply gel. Nothing else that I paid for happened like my feet being scrubbed, massaged, or anything that would normally happen during a pedicure. I really do not even know if this kid was old enough to be licensed as it seemed like he had no clue what he was doing. Paid way too much for what ended up being a 20 minute toe nail paint. I have been there in the past and have loved the services provided which really makes me think this kid was not licensed and had no clue what he was doing. So disappointed. I tipped him because that’s the right thing to do, but would not recommend going to this place unless you get a licensed adult to do your pedicure!

Older Asian man does a terrible job and is not friendly. He shaped my nails so aggressively he deeply cut the skin, he kept turning around to watch the soccer game on TV (but didn’t stop shaping my nails mind you, just kept half-assedly trying to do file my nails as he wasn’t looking at them at all), and 2 days later my gel polish is peeling off. It was also pretty expensive. Won’t be back.

Pretty good personalities, fast service and the option to buy mimosas which is great! My pedicure was phenomenal a little quick I can always go for more massage time however my finger nail cuticles look like I did them, and it was a quite painful experience.
Requested style: There was an upcharge for the gel nails which I was prepared for. They charged me for the color choice, I paid an extra $5 for them to use the magnet for the cat eye.

Gel manicure was bubbly and bumpy with no massage. The management was rude and the place kind of dirty. I won't be back.
