Love this place. Ashley, Christa, Rachel, and Cory is all that needs said here. Each one is a master of their craft, and they are very knowledgeable about store products. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for info and options as far as their pets are concerned.

The staff is great. If you do not know what you're looking for for your pet you know exactly where it is in the store. And the place is pet friendly.

Amazingly helpful staff who actually seem to know their stuff. Great selection, and good prices on high quality products.I fully intend to make this my main pet shop for my household. They even carry my preferred brand of litter, which has proven somewhat difficult to find in most bigger stores.

Bad neighborhood. There was drug dealers and homeless in the parking lot. Didn't want to leave my pets in the car. Help from employees is about like the people outside.

Springfield location is much more helpful.. West 11th, The manager was too busy to help me and was followed around if I was going to steal something..

I came in to get info about products 2 men and a manager preseant in store. Ask basic info about sampoos for dog skin infections. Recieved zero help from anyone who had knowledge. Manager was to busy to help and said go to vet. Springfield store is incredibly better. West 11th needs training and help....
