What happened to this location? Came in to get my battery tested. Two guys at the counter. One customer in front of me. Absolutely no acknowledgement of me. When I finally did get help. The employee didn't seem all that knowledgeable or helpful. I did get my battery tested, but I won't be coming back. Before the new management took over this was my go to spot. Never had a bad experience.
Disappointed.

Probably the best auto parts shop in Eugene. Very friendly and helpful staff. Whether they have the parts of not, they will help you find it and order it.

I bought the wrong $150 battery and when I tried to return it 3 hours later they refused. Be careful and make sure to take your receipts with you when dealing with this business.

Was not impressed with the level of honesty that is shown at this location. I applied last week, went in today to check on the application since they were still advertising the open position in the window and the hiring manager says that he forwarded it to corporate. I called the corporate office, they have nothing to do with that process, And reaffirmed that Napa auto parts is an equal opportunity employer. That must be at the corporate level only though.
