National Academy of Artistic Gymnastics is a place where kids learn gymnastics in a positive and fun environment. Families have been attending for years and highly recommend it. The coaches are described as amazing, kind, attentive, and passionate. They truly care about the kids, providing individualized attention that helps both outgoing and shy children grow and excel. The staff is extremely family oriented and welcoming, building caring relationships with students and parents. There are some noted areas for improvement. The kids trampoline area in the Wiggle Worm program needs stairs or a ramp, as accessing it via spotting blocks can be unstable. Additionally, interactions with the receptionist can be unfriendly and short, which is not a good first impression for adults. It is suggested that working on customer service skills at the front desk would be beneficial. Overall, the coaching and environment for the children are fantastic.
