This place sucks they say they will work with u and when u have something bad happen in ur life and u tell them they say they will work with u but then after so many days start blowing ur phone up and harass u about payment when its not even 30 days late and go back on there word and then repo the car and then say that u volunteer surrender the vehicle even tho u didnāt they repoed it and u even show up a few days after repo with payment they refuse to give u the vehicle back and refuse payment and then say that u voluntarily surrender the vehicle they r a scam dealership u will be better off else were unless u wanna be scammed out of ur money

I bought my gorgeous Toyota Avalon from here a few months ago. When I arrived home, I realized the car had virtually zero oil. interesting considering the tag in the window said it had an oil change less than 1,000 miles ago ?? I had it looked at by a mechanic and then took it on a 3,000 mile road trip with no issues. I love this car, plan to keep her forever, and had a good experience buying it with Neill and Keira, but after seeing the negative reviews I wish I hadnāt taken my chances. I wouldnāt swear off this business, but absolutely have a mechanic investigate before purchasing or financing a car from this place. I promise the cost for a mechanic is much better than the cost to repair any underlying issues.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!! my colleague just purchased a used vehicle from here. He is not mechanically inclined and knows nothing about cars. It was a car that blue books for less than $1500. They charged him 33% interest and when he got home and showed the car to somebody that knows a little bit about auto mechanics, all kinds of troubles with the engine leaking oil. The car had like 230,000 miles on it. The sale price is over four times the bluebook value value not to even mention what he would pay with the 33% interest. This was on a Saturday he took it back to Monday, which was the next business days and said I don't want this car told him... "TO BAD" !
He left the car there with the keys... Not sure what's happening with it yet but so far they refuse to give him his down payment back or let him out of the deal. This is all around, just bad business and dealerships like this need to be held accountable.

Worst car dealership a few days off the lot my van broke down and their continuously charging me for the same problem that isnāt being fixed the van has no Ac they raised the price from 4,000 to 8,000 warning donāt buy from here their rips offs and no heart at all for children.

These reviews are fake.
These people are the absolute worst. Today 3 employees ganged up on my friend. She was crying and telling them that she wasn't buying a $5,000 car for $14,000.
They were forcing her to sign papers. Thank goodness her boyfriend was there and put them in their place.
BULLIES!!
