The best group of staff you'll find anywhere. Seriously the nicest group of people I've had the privilege of interacting with, but my new favorite has to be Jeffrey after yesterday. These folk are amazing! Go here and get yourself taken care of! Donovan will take excellent care of you, and you will be greeted like old friends. I have never felt so welcome in a retail establishment then this one. They care, and they educate, and they are an incredible addition to our community.

I had been going to nephos for over a year for my vape needs. But after getting multiple bottles of harsh, oxidized juice and offered no compensation for these $25-$30 bottles I've decided to turn a new leaf and switch shops. So sad but cant afford to buy burnt juice :( also I have to be honest 75% of the people here act as if they have never heard of vaping and have little knowledge of the product they sell & arent very personable
Update 3 years later: Nephos has really upped their game and is back to being my fav vape shop in town. Reliable products with a knowledgeable staff

I've never been treated this well in any Vape Shop, no, wait, in any retail establishment! I came in with a broken tank. The first guy said I needed Jeffrey to help me. I said no problem I'd wait. I handed him my wet, broken vape in a paper towel. I told him I'm from out of state and my son usually handles this but he's visiting his dad. He wasn't exactly sure which one it was but had many to look at and was hoping he could replace it for me. He cleaned it all up. And got to work. We started talking and I told him the hardships we'd been through. My mother had passed away and we were bringing her home to rest. He went above and beyond taking care of me and made sure I left with a working vape. Treated me like royalty. Said we needed some good luck. When I left all the staff wished me good luck. What a great man, and great staff!!! Thank you Jeffrey. My son said thank you too.
