This non profit is doing important work in keeping used tech viable while also taking very good care of locals on a budget trying to get the best bang for the buck. I was less impressed some time ago but it has become a very professional operation and I always go there first when I have a project.

Absolutely wonderful and crucial service to Eugene and Springfield. The service at the retail store was excellent. They helped me pick out a dual monitor computer system for my new desktop. They helped me find all of the cords that I needed and explained what I should expect for audio. I am so pleased with my recycled work space.I highly recommend this store. You are helping the environment and enjoying great prices on electronics.

Friendly people, but there pricing leaves much to be desired. Many of their items are marked way over what they sell for online (often doubke form what i have seen), they will then run a sale (20%-50% off) and mark the items down to what they actually sell at. If something goes wrong with the item they unfortunately only give you instore credit. This wouldn't be an issue if they fully went threw and tested each unit, but the people working the counter wernt able to even verify that. Being an ex volunteer for their business, it's sad to see their prices increase and their customer care decrease. I hope things change but until then I cannnot support this business.

Great place to pick up computer components and full desktop and laptop computers. This is an extremely valuable resource to the community, not only does it prevent tons of e-waste from entering the landfills but also provides affordability that you won't find anywhere else.

Sold me a laptop for $400 with a bag processor! Blue screened the first week I used it. Took it back and they said they fixed the problem! Said be careful with it, we won't fix it again. Blue screened the next day! Ran it over with my F250, fixed the the piece of *":? For good. Went and bought a new HP for $200 more with top of the line graphics and processor. Next Step sales junk that's why they call it Next Step to the dump/trash.

NextStep is amazing and im so grateful for their service! I was able to get a laptop donated to me through their grant program. Customer service was amazing and communication was amazing too. Thank you Jessica and the rest of the employees there. I am forever grateful. I cant wait to try out my laptop! ??

So I can't give this place 5 stars because the first time I was there I didn't have a pleasant experience. However I did drop by today to tell them the ram they sold me was faulty and I was able to exchange it. The guy on the counter told me that it would matter if the brand. The brand they sold me was Samsung ram and I suspect it's a knockoff Samsung brand which is why it was giving my computer issues. I am testing out the ram they let me exchange it with so hopefully I don't have issues. But thank you for helping me and I would suggest not selling knockoff Samsung ram cause I know it's obviously not the brand name as being an issue.

These people are very pricey. They don't have any cell phones or tablets. Other miscellaneous things I wanted they didn't have. No printers. Mostly TVs and laptops.
