First time here.
It's understandably a back to school wonderland: especially for unicorn and hello kitty lovers. Trending bento boxes were great price. Blown away by the particular purses (I see you Tory Burch) and shoes (harder to find Doc Martins) available. Kierstyn was very helpful finding a missing price tag. Went home with a notebook, shoes, top and slacks. Loving the 25% off right now.

I have been a loyal customer of Nordstrom Rack for quite some time, but my recent experiences have been nothing short of disappointing. Over the past few weeks, I have frequently witnessed one of the managers displaying terrible attitude towards her employees. She rolls her eyes, makes unnecessary comments, and refuses to help when the employees clearly need an extra hand. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable and makes me sick. It's disheartening to see such poor management at a place I used to love shopping. Nordstrom Rack, please address this issue immediately—this is not okay.

I got profiled here by a skinny bald Caucasian male, for simply leaning on a wall and being on my phone, while my family shopped. The guy originally came off as nice, but intrusive; he pretty much asked to see what was in my bag and where I purchased it from. I had a feeling he was profiling me, so I went along with it and showed him what was in my bag, but it didn’t sit well with me.

Felt like I randomly got profiled by two older employees. One old guy randomly came up to me while I was trying on crocs, randomly came up to me and said, “ Hi how are you” pretty loudly”. After I said I was doing good, he asked me if I needed help finding my croc size ? Idk I felt like it was really weird when all the crocs were just there. Was he gonna find a pair of crocs my size by putting the shoes on on my feet ? Then he proceeds to put all the crocs I was trying back… I can do that myself when I’m done .. give me space. I thought I was being dramatic for feeling uncomfortable, but after that I took the pair of crocs that were my size to the hair accessories section, because I wanted to look at the hair clips, and a older lady came next to me and said “excuse me”. I felt weirded out because I was not in her way to restock anything. She just randomly said “excuse me” to me and nothing else. After that I just paid for my pair of crocs and left. Felt very off and uncomfortable.
