This is the go to place in western Oregon to get RV parts often not even in stock anywhere in the PDX area. Handy having them local and if you RV around the northwest working like I do 1 day shipping to PDX area and 1-2 days shipping most of Ore & Wash.
The ladies in here are super helpful and polite and have a great sense of humor ( don’t bring up the “double bagger in college” or “coyote ugly” when you bring in an old worn out ugly part trying to match it up…..unless you want a laugh).

We have a 2006 Beaver Patriot Thunder and our Sealand 3010 toilet control panel stopped working. Northwest shipped a new one out the same day. Our toilet is working again, when we were told by a few RV places to buy a new one. (To my fellow Canadians, use postal shipping not UPS, the added fees were insane.) Pleased with service. TY

About a year ago a friend over-tightened to close one of our frameless windows in our Jayco Whitehawk. Popped the operator arms out of the track, and then it got bent while trying to fix at the campsite. Taped it up to get home, and then spaced getting it repaired. We have a long trip ahead, so we measured and ordered online (on a holiday Monday) a large replacement operator from NW RV Supply. I did just the cheap option for shipping, hoping with us both being in Oregon it would show up by end of the next week at the latest. We got a confirmation on shipping first thing the next morning-Tuesday, and it was at our door same week-Thursday. Highly recommend!

Incredibly fast shipping! I ordered a window operator on Monday afternoon, shipping via USPS Priority Mail and installed it in my RV, located across the Country on the southeast coast, 48 hours later.

Obviously the owner did not understand the one star from my wife. The manager was very rude to my wife instead of trying explain their policy and helping her to understand. It’s not the money, I promise. It’s the customer service. She was not treated with respect.

Please beware when buying from this company. Purchased a 200.00 part and realized it was wrong part. Never even opened. Called to see about doing a return. First one lady told me 20% restocking fee and I pay for shipping which is a lot in itself only to have another lady to get on the phone with an attitude and say because it’s an electronic part they will not take it back and that maybe I should just put it on eBay or keep as a spare. She had a very rude attitude when telling me “but the return policy is on our website”. On my phone I could not find it and briefly she was not able to either. I finally hung up waiting for her to find it and then after she located the policy she returned my call and told me how to navigate their page to find it. Lesson learned! Never even said “I’m so sorry, we have a policy.. Just a very “matter of fact” type of attitude. Before purchasing from this company, make sure to do your homeworkAnd just to be clear since I can’t respond to the owners response. It was not the money, it was the attitude of the manager. There was no apology saying I’m sorry you were not aware but that’s the policy. Just very rude and poor customer service. Her attitude seemed to just want to prove me wrong instead of explaining it seemed .And yes I was on a mobile phone because that’s how I ordered the product. Good customer service can go along way. My one star is for the customer service. It was poor
