I am extremely grateful to Sara, and the staff at NW self storage for their help and kindness in dealing with my storage unit. These are the kind of people I hope for but rarely find today dealing with businesses around Eugene. Thanks to them I was able to retain my belongings and benefit from their patience and support. The facilities are easy to access and clean. I would recommend them highly and add that after my dehumanizing experience with Jurassic storage, Sara and her staff were a lovely breath of fresh air!:-)

Sara the manager has always treated my wife and I with the utmost respect. I would recommend this storage company to anyone. The storage is the one at 1601 State highway 99n in Eugene Oregon. If you have issues with anything storage related, you just need to talk to her.

I recently had the pleasure of using Northwest Self Storage for my needs, and I could not be happier with the experience! From start to finish the service was phenomenal. The first thing that struck me when I arrived, was how clean and well-maintained the facility is. It’s evident that the staff takes pride in keeping the premise in top-notch condition. Everything still looks new and security measures are clearly one of the top priorities. The staff are some of the friendliest and most helpful people I’ve encountered. They answered all my questions, provided assistance with selecting the right storage unit size, and made the entire process effortless. The customer service is truly outstanding. Whether you need a small unit for a few items or a large space for furniture and appliances, this is definitely the place to be! I WILL be coming back!

Stopped by storage today to grab a few things. I was greeted by Sarah who checked on my satisfaction with my unit, made helpful suggestions and even brought my friend and I ice cold water bottles. I've been a long time customer and have always enjoyed my interactions with her and feel she goes above and beyond in her customer service! Thank you Sarah!!!

Sarah is such a helpful person. She is kind and patient. Answered my questions with a smile in her voice. Seems very knowledgeable about storage sizes and what will fit. I look forward to renting with her when it's time to move.Thank you Sarah for making a stressful time easier.

I've been debating whether to move to Oregon. I've called around to a few storage facilities looking for information, pricing and additional information about the area. When I call this facility the person who I spoke with, her name was Melanie answered all my questions, gave me some good suggestions was so knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk with. She impressed me so much I had to write a review. I would definitely use this facility if/when I decide to move.

I was pleased with how easy it was to rent the unit over the phone (and with the senior discount). The facilities were ... well ... a self-storage facility so I didn't expect much, but the automated gate worked, my unit was there and accessible, and it was empty. I had a little trouble with getting billed after I had vacated, but Brenn took care of it over the phone almost immediately.

This is the place you want if you are seeking storage solutions! Modestly priced, well kept, and the customer service is a treat, especially if you happen to interact with Sarah. Her dedication to being helpful, knowledgeable, and kind went far beyond the average customer service employee effort. Can't recommend this place enough 10/10.

We have rented units several times from here, never any mice, rats or moisture!! The manager(Sarah) is amazing and will work with you when you need. We have also won auctions from here and they still treat us with respect and kindness. The place is extremely clean.

I recently visited about getting a storage unit. The office person "Sarah" was so helpful and nice. She explained everything so clearly and easy to understand on rates, availability, and lease information. Out of all the storage facilities that I have used in the past I was impressed by the prices, professionalism, and the customer service. Definitely will be renting from this facility!

Let me just say, Sarah has always been very friendly. A great storage manager is always very helpful. However Corporate is not such a good experience. I've had my things stored with these people for almost 3 yrs. I've fallen on hard times throughout my time here. If you are looking for any help or any loyalty this isn't the place. Doesn't matter to them. It's all about the money. They have raised my rent 3-4 times now, changed the policy on their late fees. It doesn't matter what you're going through. It's all about the money. Other than corporate being money hungry corporate it's a great place the staff are always very helpful. Unfortunately, the corporate lost another tenant. Good LuckThank you Sarah for always being so nice :)
