I would honestly give them 0 stars. I have been with this facility for over 3 years and just had to close my account. I went there yesterday to put some items in the unit I was renting and was locked out. I ended up going this morning to get into the unit and saw that 80% of the items I had stored were missing. There was no notification from this business letting me know of the incident. There were things that can not be replaced. Very disappointed in the way this place has turned to crap.

We've been customers here for several years and cannot say enough positive things. The staff are always so helpful, the property is clean and the units are great. 10/10 recommend.
