10 minutes before they closed, they took my emailed file and rolled out 24 color copies double-sided for me. I was able to swoop in and pick up just in time. Phew! Thank you!

go in pretty often got harassed by a man and was in my face harassing me saying I can’t print a shipping label even thought I had already paid for it then someone I know that works there apologized saying he has “issues “ maybe he’s issues was that I was black it’s 2024 grow up

There is a reason these office stores are dying. Went back to try it out since it's been years. Same thing workers in there now who care less about the job and who do not know there products.
Unable to hold $25+ pen to see how it feels. Like I would dump that much money on a pen I can't hold first.

Been to this location twice they have broken alarms on electronics beeping constantly, getting questions answered seems like nobody knows what they're doing. Both times left without making a purchase.

I drove across town to this store to have two packets of paper spiral bound. I walked up to the service counter and the only employee barely acknowledged me, looking irritated. I said hello and he hesitantly walked over. I told him what I needed, I’ve done this in the past and it takes about 5 minutes. He said he had a lot of orders and it would be a wait. Then he stared blankly, I asked “how long of a wait, do you have a time frame like 5 or 20 minutes?”. My husband and kids were waiting in the parking lot. He told me I would need to leave my things and they would call when they were ready. I felt that was ridiculous, his whole manner was very rude and unfriendly. I will seek service elsewhere, hoping someone actually treats me with respect and can do a basic job!! I can’t believe how awful customer service is these days.

My son and I showed up at 9:55 am and waited out front until they unlocked the door. They unlocked the door at 9:57 am, so we entered. As we walked past the second set of doors a clerk began yelling "STOP! WE DONT OPEN UNTIL 10!" He yelled it a few times.
I feel there could have been a different way to deal with this. We could have been allowed to peruse the items until they were ready. There was only a 3-minute difference and they opened the door. I feel like they could have handled this differently. Maybe he should have said something along the lines like "go ahead and look around but we won't be ready for another 3 minutes." Or "please understand we won't be ready for another 3 minutes."
But no, HE YELLED!! As a matter of fact, my last 10 experiences at this location have been more and more disappointing. I've said it a few times but today did it. I'm never shopping there again and I would encourage people to avoid this location.

Very poor customer service twice now, so it warrants a review.
Not helpful at all with a sarcastic attitude from employees in the service section. The cahiers up front were actually pleasant.
I will not return to purchase another item and have selected another company to do business with.
I needed help with Federal Documents that needed printed. I was also interested in buying a very good printer for my wife/ teaching position.
The guy blatantly ignored me after asking me what he could do for me. He litterally walked away.I told him thanks a lot for your help on the way out the door. He says sarcastically, Have a nice day. I did after buying a printer somewhere else.
Not much of a printing service if you can't even get a document printed without figuring it out for yourself. Luckily I succeeded in self service.

EPSON printer purchasers. If you were told you would receive a $100 in products you were victims of bait and switch. I tried it and was told the company made an error and isn't going to honor the rebate for which they signed you up. I would not believe anything else offered as an incentive to buy any product.

Great experience there today. Exceptional customer service by a new associate named Ray. She really went above & beyond to help us pick out the perfect chair & stayed late past when her shift ended to assemble it! She is an absolute gem & a valueable addition to this company. I called the Chad Dr. store before I made the 25 mile trip to see if they had a specific Inkjet Printer in stock and if they would price match a online ad. I was told yes, but at the checkout I was told No. I asked to speak to someone about this and the same guy that told me yes on the phone said that they only price match for big box stores. He admitted that he neglected to mention that important fact. I left without buying anything, and don't plan on ever going back. BEWARE what you are told on the phone at this store!
