Purchased a Printer ET – 3850 at Office Max Store # 6817 on 042325. During the sale by a male employee, a person identified as the general manager approached and though there were boxes of the printer displayed on the sales floor, stated that she’d get a printer from stock. After several minutes she came back with an appropriately labelled box (Though the bar code had been cut out). At home discovered the printer was used, i.e.: not factory bagged/sealed, no safety tape, no documents, no ink – advertised as included, paper was in feed tray, ink in reservoirs, etc. Returned it for an actual “new” printer. Helped by an assistant (Printing) manager, who was professional and knowledgeable. The general manager was not present to explain why she’d represented a used printer as new. Even if she’d unwittingly selected a printer from “returned items”, as the general manager, she should have known better. Sadly, without an explanation, I’m left with the feeling that I’d initially been exposed to some questionable behavior.

I amend my review from 3 to 5 stars -- Quamaine is a print wizard. I got quality, speed, and a good price (a trifecta that almost *never* happens, am I right?).
Will be coming here for all my future flier needs.

Not great service, walked in and it’s quiet and dark inside. I pick out my things and go to the register and there is no one. Not a single employee came up and I stood there in line by myself for a few minutes before I just put my stuff back and left.

They have no problem trying to sell you on their business membership and selling you products that DONT work. I was never informed about their return policy on office chairs and now we are $200 out and stuck with a chair that doesn’t function correctly.
Their return system needs MAJOR improvement and both employees I spoke with regarding this seemed annoyed that I was even there. Don’t take your business here, it’s not worth your time, or money.

I came into the printing center with a last minute large project on a bit of a budget. I worked with Jerre and Chayna to find the right solution to stay in budget and I got a boost in the quality of what I could afford thanks to their advice. They both took their time and made sure I left happy. I will always come here first for printing! Highly recommend!!

The staff here are apparently paid too little to be bothered with basic courtesy. I suggest shopping elsewhere!

Used the self serving printed to make copied of a single paper.. it printed papers worth of $5 on landscape why???? There are no even options to make it print portrait.. ripped the printed papers and left.

Went in to get copies made. The young man at the counter was the friendliest associate I have ever encountered at Office Depot, he completed my order in a very timely manner. Highly recommend Office Depot for copies & shredding.
