Hit some good sale prices and have a good selection of pants for guys which is what I was there for. Not much has changed otherwise about this chain for decades.

Placed an order online with Old Navy for in-store pickup at night, my order was confirmed through email and my card was charged, but the next day I never got a notification that my order was ready. I decided to call the store to check on it and the order had never showed up on their end. I spoke with one of the managers, Emerson, and his customer service with this issue was fantastic.
Turns out it was an issue with Old Navy's website, so NO fault of the store. Emerson called customer service and dealt with the issue for me which was amazing. We were able to resolve the issue right then and there, and he personally helped me find the items in store(one of which I really needed for an upcoming event)! I felt heard as a customer and I will be returning for future shopping.
Rest of the staff were also friendly! Thank you Emerson and staff!

Very small variety when it comes to styles. Also impossible to find well fitting pants if your under 5"8 and plus sizes are very limited.

My wife got a credit card at Old Navy and is pissed that she can not pay in the store or use a debit card on line. She was not told about this when she agreed to get a credit card. My wife is on social security and that account is not a checking account.Old Navy credit policies makes it hard on seniors.
