After finding the credit union in Fred Meyer's , the teller was very quick and helpful. Completed my transaction with no long wait.

Horrible experience after horrible experience they profile customers and aren't easy to talk to. Don't make the lady with the cane get up or she's gonna treat you like a dog

I wanted to love this credit union as its staff are always so friendly. Unfortunately 3+ mistakes with my money made me ultimately go elsewhere. Make sure you are checking your accounts regularly. There were a couple of times where my money did not show in my account after depositing it. I always got the answer "we have never seen this before" but it happened multiple times to me. The last straw was when we had to put our dog down and needed to transfer money from our savings to checking and it took A WEEK!!!! not even exaggerating. I have never had that issue with any other credit union. It's usually instant. If you are thinking about banking here or already do and are having issues...I would think about going to another credit union in the area.

Great products and awesome mobile app but absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with in any facet in life. Every time I've had to call it takes 3-4 calls over months of time to update information in their system or have any type of requests completed, plus, long wait times for someone to answer or return your call. Switching to another company as soon as possible.

DO NOT BANK WITH THIS CREDIT UNION!! They had a fake promotion going which I was told that you only need to have 1. Online banking, 2. a deposit into the account with 90 days and 3. have it opened by Dec 31st, 2021. However, they don't tell you that it has to be over $500 to get the $200 promotion. So they are running a scam so they don't have to pay it out, and lying to there members. I emailed and tried to call the manager of this branch and the person that made the mistake, and never heard back from them. They didn't want to face the music, and fix there issue. Second issue, Applied for a loan, was approved but they would pay creditor (which is what I was fine with, that is what I wanted) but stated I had to take the full amount of the loan, even though the amount I was approved for was more then my debt amount was. So they wanted me to pay them money and interest on money that wouldn't be sent to any other creditor, I wouldn't have access to, and would not leave the credit union! Which has to be a form of fraud. Thinking about report that to the CFPB and NMLS (unless they can correct it) So glad I declined the loan and closed my membership. (Also love how it takes 2 week to mail a check for money that is rightfully yours. Mail from Eugene to Eugene doesn't take two weeks!) Like they don't want to let go of money that is not there's. The loan officer and loan processor also need some customer service training. Finally there call center phone tree doesn't work. You have to just say "representative" and hopefully get to someone, or hope they will call you back to have the warmth of a TSA screener! Go bank at OCCU were they actually care and take care of you! Stay far away from OnPoint. Don't deal with the headache!

I've been with onpoint for years. Before they had their other locations infact. They have out done themselves this time. The intrest rates right now are to completely die for. I can't wait for my next journey. The best part is I can do it by myself.

OnPoint is a dream to work with! They are responsive, helpful, dependable, and their online banking system is super easy. We have multiple personal and business accounts with them, as well as mortgages and college savings plans. They handle everything efficiently and with great attention to detail. HIGHLY recommended! Also love that they support teachers!

DONT USE THE ATM HERE!!! I went to deposit cash into my bank account like I usually do, the ATM wouldn’t allow me to make any selections and when I ran out of time it ATE my debit card, litterally shredded it. The machine is cheap and I wouldn’t wish this to happen on my worst enemy, so inconvenient!!!

Very fraudulent company. I have had my car loan through OnPoint for the last three years. I have always made all of my payments on time and have had no issues. I have always had my payments made through AutoPay. I get the paper statement every month but I usually throw them away since it just shows my autopayment amount and my balance.Around two months ago, I happened to be looking at my statement and was shocked to see that they had added $3,304 to my car balance by placing a so called "lender's insurance" for my vehicle. I called the credit union and asked about this charge. They informed that they had done this because I hadn't provided proof of car insurance. I told them that I have had the same car insurance since I purchased the vehicle. They told me that they will remove it once I send them my car insurance card. I sent them this information immediately and thought that this chapter was closed. Around a month later, they sent me another letter saying that the information I provided wasn't sufficient to removed the $3,304 charge. It says that the three requirement to waive this charge is that I list OnPoint as the lienholder on my insurance and I do not have more than $1.000 deductible for collision and comprehensive.I meet all these requirements and have met them since I purchased the vehicle. They only asked me for the insurance card earlier and that is what I provided to them. Now I have provided them more detailed information from my insurance company that shows that I meet all these requirements. This is a very fraudulent thing to do and I don't know how many other people are being scammed. First of all, they never sent any email, letter, or any phone call asking me for this information before charging me over $3,000 in forced insurance. Secondly, they have never asked me for this information in the past three years and I have had no other charge. Thirdly, they hiddenly add this to the account balance so that the customer does not even suspect this fraud because the monthly auto pay amount remains the same. Please check your account carefully if you are customer of this credit union. Stay away from companies like these. They may give you very interest rate in the beginning but will charge you a lot of bogus charges without giving you any notice

I’ve been a member with OnPoint for 5+ years. The Eugene branch has always gone above and beyond what they’ve needed to do. I’ve been met with nothing but excellent service and super friendly staff each time that I’ve gone in. Would 10/10 recommend.
